There’s a laundry service with a fee on the 11th floor with water dispenser. Cleaning of rooms is every other day. Difficult to operate remotes as it’s in Japanese. The doors of the loo are disgusting.

The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station, making it easy to travel to Shinsaibashi, Namba, and Umeda. The design features a modern and minimalist style. Although the room is not large, it is well laid out, clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with amenities. One of the highlights is the public space, which has a refined Japanese aesthetic that helps you relax as soon as you return to the hotel. The staff are friendly and polite, and communication in English is not a problem. It’s a hotel that perfectly balances functionality and style, making it a great choice for an Osaka free-and-easy trip.

The staff did a great job in accommodating us when there was an electrical issue with the hotel. However, this means that we could not book in until 7 pm without any compensation. The lobby looks lovely, and the check in processs was also nice. This is where it stops being nice. The rooms are not well kept, the wallpaper is peeling, the walls have a lot of dirt and scuff throughout the room and the main shared areas. The doors and walls are not soundproof, and you can easily hear every sound near you or in the hallway. Due to the electrical issue, the staff still had to do the cleaning that day, and this was at 9.30 pm at night. We heard the vacuum going for an hour and then them going into the spare rooms and cleaning them. We had to get new towels for our room due to the hand towels being stained. I would not be coming back to this hotel due to the experience I had here.

도톤보리랑 가깝고 욕실이랑 화장실이랑 분리되어있어 좋았습니다 욕조없어서 좋았어요 화장실이 나무문이고 사선으로 뚫려있는 방식이라 방음은 안된다는점! 더블침대는 퀸사이즈 정도 되는거같아요 푹신하고 침대 좋았어요! 냉장고에 냉동칸은 없었어요 직원분들 다 친절하시고 마지막날 시간이 애매해서 체크아웃 후 짐 보관 문의드렸는데 가능하다고해서 오후 3시까지 짐보관하다가 쇼핑하고 기차타러 갔습니다 다음에도 방문하면 아마넥으로 할거같아요 ㅎㅎ

우선 숙소가 전체적으로 신축이라 깨끗하고 관리자분들이 모두 매너있고 친절하십니다. 저는 하루에 8만원대로 큰 침대에서 잘 수 있어서 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 또 위치적으로 굉장히 큰 이점이 있습니다. 바로 밑에 그래도 꽤 큰 편의점이 있어서 편털하기 좋았고요, 근처도 번화가라 늦은 시간까지도 재밌게 놀다가 들어가기 좋았습니다. 단점은 딱 하나 있는데.. 수건에서 가루가 겁나 떨어짐 세수하고 크림 바르는데 스크럽하는 줄 알았어요 그거빼곤 최고 전 갠적으로 페이스타월 챙기는거 추천!!1
