The main problem for us was the room. It was very warm and only being able to open the windows a limited amount we ended up sleeping on top of the duvets, not ideal ! The room was clean enough and we had a nice sea view but it was on the small side.

It was between the sea on one side and a beautiful park on the other. Very quiet. Easy access to everything you need including a swimming baths that we had free access to. Plenty of places to eat. Relaxing location with Ramsey prom adjacent. Comfortable stay. Staff were helpful when approached though could be a little more attentive. Food was generally good with decent choice at breakfast.

Comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Housekeeping arrived rather late (4.30pm) on one day, just as we were arriving back from an excursion, which wasn't ideal. Cooked to order breakfast mentioned in the hotel info pages was not available. Buffet breakfast was ok other than cold plates. Evening food was good with some daily specials. Enjoyed our stay & would return.
