Good central hotel on the Diamond reasonable priced rooms

The location of the hotel in the triangle is so convenient while spending time in Donegal. The hotel itself is great and the restaurant and its live music is very good. Parking can be tricky to find nearby on the street and the paid parking lot is quite a ways to walk with luggage.

Classic old hotel right in the center of town square. Good for quick stays. Pub food just ok (staff there great); the main restaurant was closed during our stay.

Nice hotel. Clean room and professional staff. I widh the parking was closer.

Atrocious check-in--loud music playing and the attendant chose to talk over another conversation rather than let herself be heard.

6/10 Bueno

The room surfaces were clean but the air quality was poor: air circulation was poor, and there was a strong mouldy smell that originated from the bathroom. The hotel felt safe and the beds were fine, and the location is great. Overall, it feels like good value for staying right on The Diamond, but Donegal is small enough that perhaps staying slightly away from the centre would be fine too.

Close to everything. Walkable! Restaurants. Bars. Great. Should have stayed longer.

The hotel and room were clean and comfortable. The desk staff was helpful. The dining staff, however, was rude and unhelpful.

Nothing! One person checking in with the 20 minutes to be served. Specifically requested a quit room was given a room on the third floor, where the exhaust fans go into the middle square area, seagulls fighting at 5:30am in Morning. I won’t be staying here again.

The hotel was advertised with air conditioning. The bar is air conditioned. The rooms do not have fans. Apparently they only have a few and should be reserved in advance. The room had no tissues. I would never recommend
