Excellent location. Nice staff, especially the night manager. Lovely, plentiful breakfast. Room was ok but a bit run down - bathrooms in need of slight updating but clan and fully functional. Excellent location, but parking everywhere is difficult. Hotel directed us to their allocated car park which we were lucky to get into. Excellent stay over all.

The hotel was clean and tidy. The beds were really comfortable and the shower was hot with plenty of pressure. Breakfast was lovely and the staff couldn’t do enough for you.

Location wise excellent as it is quite close to the pier. Although the rooms were good, the hotel needs maintenance (probably like most other hotels in that area). Breakfast was nice and good variety.

Stayed for 2 nights whilst exploring the Welsh Coastal Path. Lovely location, helpful staff, comfy and clean room. Added enjoyment of evening entertainment. Only had the breakfast but plenty of selection and very tasty fresh food.

Hotel in great position and stands out on the front. Room dated but clean, complementary drinks tray,tea coffee, kettle etc. very comfortable bed. Nice bar area but didn't use, restaurant was good with a great choice of breakfast from fresh fruit to eggs done how you like. Polite and helpful staff will return again

Really enjoyed my stay at this property! Excellent variety of choice at breakfast. I personally enjoyed a full hot breakfast. The staff friendly and polite and the location of the hotel is spot on, a few minutes walk from the pier and close to all local shops and restaurents. I would definitely return to the Merrion Hotel!

Lovely 3 night stay with a grand-daughter. Location is excellent. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Room was comfy and well equipped, our only adverse comment would be, is that the shower was very small.

Stayed 1 night for wife’s birthday. Hotel is a bit dated yes, but it’s clean, bed was comfy, food was excellent, and staff were very friendly. Like any seafront property in Llandudno there are parking issues, but we parked on Victoria Multi story and for day and night £15, which is reasonable. Lift a bit small but no issues getting it when needed, and bar and snacks fine. We would quite happily stay at the hotel again, and my special requests for flowers and wine in room on arrival was done no problem.

Great location right on the prom and near shops etc. Big lounge and well stocked bar with nightly entertainment. Had a single room but was the size of most doubles and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was outstanding catering for all tastes. Staff were friendly and helpful. All in all a great stay will definitely go back.

I have never stayed at the Merrion Hotel before, but, after booking a short break there on Wednesday the 6th of April till the 10th of April, I must say, I was very impressed and pleasantly surprised how very good it was, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the buffet breakfast was excellent, and I am not sure if any other hotels in Llandudno could beat it, I certainly wouldn't hesitate to go back there again in the near future, keep up the good work Merrion From Mr lewin Thomas Thank you
