Our stay was going comfortable untill after 3 days of our stay as we noticed that the microwave wasn't working then next very day we had told housekeeping about the issue and later on told the front office staff well he said that the microwave was brand new and that housekeeping always check the appliances after every check out. After 5 days of this motel taking my money they decided to do something about the microwave and decided to ask the 2nd person for his ID and asked for a 100$ deposit if we wanted to continue our stay at this motel after I already paid for the day. Blaming us for the microwave being broken is what got us to check out the very same day and then the housekeeping told me to throw out our trash isn't my job to do the housekeeping job I recommend for those that's paying for service to be cautious with Carlton motor lodge
