This is a fantastic hotel in the centre of Lazise between the beach and castle. The staff are simply lovely - so helpful and friendly. The rooms were well stocked and the pool and spa area is better than many 5* hotels where i have stayed. The breakfast has a lot of choice. Quality across the board is top notch.

Lovely hotel nearby to Lake Lazise

Stayed for 3 nights 19-22 June in this lovely hotel in an ideal situation - just 10 minutes walk from the lake in Lazise and all the restaurants. We stayed in a lovely large room with very comfortable bed and choice of pillows and spacious bathroom. All very clean. After walking by the lake in the morning in the heat, it was lovely to then come back to the hotel and relax by the lovely pool, with no concerns about getting sunbeds. Towels were provided. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast delicious. We would return if visiting Lake Garda again.

Underbart hotell, underbar personal och underbar mat. Jättefin spaavdelning och poolområde. Vi mellanlandade här några dagar på vår bilresa söderut och hade inte riktigt tänkt på att hotellet vid första anblick inte ser så barnvänligt ut. Och det är verkligen inte ett ”all inclusive familjehotel” men trots detta så var barnen tillåtna på spaavdelningen fram till 15:00 och såklart till poolområdet hela dagen så vi hade en fantastisk vistelse här. Mycket tack vare personalen och deras fantastiska service. Golvet var inte så rent som en skandinav skulle önskat (som gärna tar av skorna) men det är verkligen det enda som jag kan tänka mig som vara negativt och hade vi sagt till så är jag säker på att dem gladeligen putsat och städat golvet direkt. Vi valde själva att inte påtala detta för att vi inte ville flytta rundor på all packning som det innebär att resa med små barn. Det är absolut inte sista gången vi bor här.
