The power in the room went off and on throughout the entire stay, lights would go off, tv, and outlets all stopped working. We immediately noticed this when we arrived and reached out to the provided contact. We were told to wait 45 minutes for someone to come fix the issue about 4-5 times and it was never fixed the entire trip. We got ready in the dark. Bathroom light was the only one working. Videos of the electrical issue were documented and we were continually told the issue was “fixed” we left at 6am with absolutely no power, because it went out the entire trip. We charged our phones at Starbucks, would not recommend. Our refund is still “under review” which is absurd. They refused to offer us a refund, a change in the room, or any accommodation other than days of “someone will fix it” with no hope. The maintenance man was very sweet and helpful, he admitted that the electrical issue was above his knowledge, as he was general maintenance. No one reached out to us to see if the issue was fixed, or how we were doing. We waited the majority of our trip on hold with the front desk, and emailing video after video of no power and lights and tv flickering on and off. I have never experienced such poor communication and customer service. This was a fire hazard, had we been able to stay elsewhere, and a refund was offered, we would of left. Financially paying for two hotels was not in our travel budget.
