Every staff member I encountered greeted me and offered any assistance they could provide. I had been traveling for multiple days and this hotel was the only one where even my 2 dogs relaxed. This is a good hotel especially if you are staying with a pet for several days becaus it is a flat fee. It is older and the bathrooms need to be updated the caulking around the tubs need to be cleaned better or just completly remodel and update the rooms.
