Fantastic stay. Don't be put off by the area. Once inside after climbing the stairs you step into a gorgeous apartment. High end finishes and a lovely terrace to enjoy after a day in Naples . The communication was excellent of how to check in.

Så flotte værelser og mega sød person der ejer stedet. Vær ikke skræm af bygningen udenfor, eller hvis jeres taxamand fortæller at området er farligt og dårligt. Tværtimod meget hyggeligt og kulturelt område, som er tæt ved den nærmeste station. Jeg kan klart anbefale.

The place was great, recently remodeled and very clean. Close to the train station, didnt feel like the greatest area outside of the building, but once inside it is very safe and fine.

The room itself is wonderful - large, clean, modern bathroom and comfortable. Also very close to the train station. However, I might suggest that the day of check in a message be sent to the guest with details of the check in process. 1. Location a bit hard to find with just a small sign to the right of the door at the dead end of a slightly sketchy looking street. 2. Stairs only up basically 6 flights - two floors worth. There are signs pointing the way so at least there is some confidence it’s the right place. 3. At the door, call the # shown for the key code to access the property. But it would have been nice to potentially have that code in advance. After a long day of travel it’s not great to have to worry about the place you’ve arranged to stay when you’re just arriving.

Positive: - Newly renovated - Sparkling clean - A kind, caring, and accessible host with excellent communication - Well equipped - Quiet street Negative: - Stairs - Although there is no noise from outside at night, but the building's piping system is very old and extremely noisy, and the rooms are not soundproof. As a result, it depends on the other guests whether you have a quiet stay or not.

Amazing place to stay when in NAPLES. Everything is brand new, electric curtains that allow you to rest. The terrace was my favorite part, I loved relaxing there with my family during the evenings of our stay and we enjoyed a gorgeous view of the Italian Moon. The location is great, 7 min walking from the train terminal. All to a very reasonable price. Alessandro was extremely helpful, I lost my key and he found a way to help me immediately. I recommend 100%

We had a lovely stay! Luigi was incredibly friendly and kind, making us feel welcome from the start. The room was beautifully renovated, spotless, and very comfortable. The only downside was the two sets of stairs—manageable for most, but could be tricky with heavy luggage or if you have mobility issues. The location is great: tucked away on a quiet street, yet just a short walk to both the bus and train stations, and perfect for catching the Alibus to the airport. At first, the surrounding area seemed a bit rough, but we actually felt quite safe walking back in the evenings. Overall, a great base for exploring the city!

Vi hade svårt att hitta till det sk hotellet. Fick hjälp med att hitta. Det var ingen på plats utan lotsades till rummet via telefon. Fint rum och dusch. Terrass smutsig. 65 trappsteg till rummet inget för dem som har tunga väskor eller problem med knän.
