The room was very clean and the staff were fantastic. The only reason I can't give this stay five stars is because the water pressure in the shower was weird. Cold water had plenty of pressure, but once you turned the water to hot/warm the water would become barely usable and either to hot or cold. We made it work though and overall the stay was wonderful.

We would like to file a formal complaint regarding a very serious issue during our stay. On the day we changed rooms, your staff assigned us a room that had not been checked out by the previous guest. This is an extremely unacceptable mistake. When we opened the door, we realized it was still occupied. This is not only shocking but also a major security and privacy breach. What if the guest had been inside? How could such a basic and irresponsible error happen in a hotel of your standard?

Up on arriving to the hotel, we were informed that there was a new law in Korea stating that cross gender rooms were not allowed. They asked us if we saw this on their website (we did not and it is not on there) and I was not able to track any of this information down on any booking sights they are listed on. We ended up paying for another room (which they stated was deeply discounted, however, it was the same rate as our original booking). I should have read the reviews prior to staying in the hotel as they all seem correct. The rooms have a sewage smell seeping from the restroom. In the restroom, the wall had poop on it. The front desk was not friendly and was extremely not friendly to Expedia when they called on our behalf. I would not recommend this hotel.

Great Experience!

Overall, great experience. The room was clean and a bathtub in bathroom was plus traveling with a toddler. It was surprisingly spacious and continental breakfast was much appreciated(Loved the bowl ramen for breakfast!). The mattress and memory form pillow was more on the firm side so we loved it. Cons - We slept on the 6th floor. If you are tall over 6 feet or 180cm, you might have bad luck on touching the celling. We were less than 6 feet shorties, it didn't bother us at all. The fabric on bedding must be catching the hair well. There were short hairs on beddings but we loved the feeling of them. The bedding was super comfy too!

Room was new and clean with a big soaker tub.. the tub was the selling point for me. I had a Superior Spa room. Unfortunate that when i first arrived, i was earlier than the 4pm check-in time so i wanted to leave my bags and explore before checking in. The young lady (who spoke perfect English) says, "Check in is at 4pm, so youre here for what?" I was taken aback as I said to leave my bags.. i also asked about my next day's reservation which i had made separately since deciding later i would need another night. I asked if that meant i had to checkout and then checkin again the next day and she promptly said "Yup" without even looking at me or looking at my reso. This first impression of their service was brutal. Fortunately, when i returned to check-in, another agent was there to assist me and was able to accommodate me by keeping me in the same room and no need to check out/checkin. She was very pleasant and understanding. I was happy to not see the previous agent again during my stay. If it werent for her, it would be 5star review overall. But the room was great. Wireless charging, a tea kettle with Osullac tea provided (a nice touch) and Bluetooth speaker and huge tv and great AC. Simple breakfast included. But also so many food options just outside. Lots of shopping within walking distance also. Bonus is a small parking lot which was convenient for getting picked up by car. Id recommend this hotel.

Clean room, very comfortable bed/pillows. The toilet seat was separate than the rest of the bathroom in a quite confined space. "Simple" breakfast was a self service sliced bread with cheese or jam, and instant noodles.. However, there are options in the area. Check-in is rather late (16:00) and they seem to be strict about that. Location is very good, near to metro station and a quite lively neighborhood.

10시 이후 체크인한다하니 신분증 필요하다함, 신분증 필요한 안내는 그 어디에도 없는데 전화하니 어디 적혀있을거라고 하면서 전화 도중 일방적으로 끊는 불친절한 여직원. 조식은 녹아서 물렁물렁한 치즈, 작은 컵라면, 시리얼밖에 없음. 모텔과 일반숙소 사이 그 어딘가. 욕조엔 얼룩있고, 비데엔 더러운 자국 안쪽은 안닦나봄. 배수도 엉망이라 샤워하면 물이 옆으로 퍼져나감. 가격이 싼것도 아닌데 두번다시 안감.
