En si toda mi estancia fue buena, solo que el segundo día quise pedir las dos botellitas de agua de cortesía y siendo las 5 pm me dijeron que las camaristas ya no estaban en turno y no me podían ayudar con eso. A mi check out olvidé sacar mi dinero en efectivo de la caja fuerte y cuando volví por él me dijeron que la habitación olía a cigarro y debía pagar la multa por fumar para que me devolvieran mi dinero, yo no fumo y mi pareja tampoco, pero tuvimos que pagarles. Esos fueron los detalles que nos dejaron un poco inconformes, en cuestión de ubicación está excelente, el hotel es muy bonito, pero podrían poner atención en esos detalles para ser quizá un poco más amables con sus huéspedes.

Excelente hotel, ubicación,limpieza,. Solo unos detalles . No hay bote de basura en la habitación solo el del baño , la dotación del shampoo es mínima ,hay que estar pidiendo y la srita de recepción de molestaba por qué casualmente siempre le tocaba a ella el atendernos. El Sr.jorge de la noche super atentos y amable. Sin duda volveré. Hospedarme ahí.
