Un lujo

Un lujo alojarse en estos apartamentos, paz, tranquilidad y trato familiar el servicio de recepcion , los detalles de la dueña el restaurante, un 10 camareros y cocineros, especialmente uno de los camareros, Victor El complejo muy bonito, y los apartamentos completos La ubicacion inmejorable y muy recomendable Sin duda repetiremos cuando volvamos a lanzarote Siempre hay algun pero, pero precio-calidad perfecto

No puedo valorar este hotel porque fuimos desplazados a otro. El otro, no era lo que yo había contratado, era de inferior categoría. Por tanto, no me gustó la estancia. No sé si es legal o no que ocurra eso. Pero reclamé y tras un enorme esfuerzo por su parte, el hotel me aplicó un 15% de descuento. En fin...

Buen hotel, para volver.

El hotel en general bueno, sin embargo se podría cuidar un poco más la limpieza de la habitación, y en el desayuno cambiar la maquina de los zumos, que en mi opinión eran muy artificiales, demás todo agradable.

No es la primera vez que vamos a la Mansión Nazaret. No es perfecta, pero sí suficiente para pasar unas cortas vacaciones.

Buena ubicacion, apartamento grande y camas comodas,el chico del buffet (Victor) muy agradable y atento,igual que el de mantenimiento o las chicas de recepcion.Sin embargo hay cosas que son mejorables por que tal como estan le restan puntos al sitio.Por ejemplo,el buffet es super escaso,cuando se vacia una bandeja a falta de hora y media de terminar la cena no se repone,hay que andarse habil para coger la comida,la limpieza brilla por su ausencia,en 1 semana nos cambiaron solo 1 una vez las sabanas(mejor nos hubiesen dejado las que estaban por que las nuevas tenian manchas y pelos ajenos por todas partes!!!a quien le gusta eso???)y las toallas,ni barrern ni nada,por que la suciedad del suelo llevaba en el mismo sitio desde el primero hasta el ultimo dia que estubimos,estando 4 minutos calculados de reloj dentro del apartamento no puede dar mucho tiempo a limpiar... las chicas de la supuesta limpieza se pasan el dia gritando para hablar entre ellas de lado a lado de la piscina,está bastante mal y molesta a los que quieren relajarse en la piscina o tomando el sol con sus gritos sobre el fin de semana...el cable de antena de la tele no iba bien y apenas se veia la imagen, nos la arreglaron dos veces y aun asi no duraba la imagen bien nada, la ducha tiene muy poca presion.Las puertas se abren con llave y cuando sales es incomoda para cerrar por que hay que dar portazo o bien meter la llave y girarla, realmente incomodo.

Great place to stay

Staff where friendly and helpful, the apartments are very close to everything you need and there’s a supermarket next door. The beaches are about a ten minute walk. I had a studio apartment which was comfortable and well equipped if you wanted to cook in the studio apartment. As the there are restaurants very close by I ended up eating everything night. If you want to use a gym in there area there’s one about a 20 minute walk away.

Perfect location

The hotel is dated, but we knew this when we booked and accepted this is why it is a lot cheaper than other well known chains in the area. It is in the the perfect location near the beach, shops and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable but we ate out every night and had breakfast in the hotel - which was nice - I wouldn’t have liked to try and cook anything in the tiny kitchen area. The pool area was nice and the staff were helpful. The only negative was our bedroom backed onto a nightclub and it was noisy - didn’t keep us awake but it could put some off.

Very dated, needs a good overhaul.

Due to my wife's disablement I asked for a ground floor room, only to be given a room with a thirty three steps climb. We were told that rooms were not preservable, so what happens if someone in a wheelchair turns up. The reason that I made the request was because the Nazaret website mentions that there are no lifts.

Lovely quiet hotel in the middle of the heart

Liked the hotel. Quiet and easy access to the beaches, town centre, bus stop. Staff is super friendly. I had half board. Overall food was good but often food was not really hot and vegetrarian limited choices, although there was always something vegi to find, but you often find that with buffet food and in Spain. I definately would go back to the same hotel. Good money for value.

Ticks all the right boxes.

A very relaxed and informal atmosphere. Great staff right through hotel. Nice heated pool for the winter months. One of the best locations in the resort. Will be visiting again for sure.

Pre Christmas holiday break

11 day stay before Christmas. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room adequate with very comfortable bed. Rooms clean, but furnishings a little tired and bathrooms could do with upgrade. Very central location and easy to find way around. Had a very relaxing stay and would go back again.

Transfered to Sol Apartamentos

When we arrived to check in, we were told we had been transferred to their sister property the Sol Apartamentos as they were full. As you can imagine we were very disappointed having booked 3-4 months earlier. We were also disappointed to be charged the same price.

If its value for money you want,look no further!

We have just come back from the Nazaret and will go back again early next year. We paid 140 euro's for 4 nights and it was worth every penny. Staff are really excellent,helpful and friendly..Location is fantastic,central but tucked away behind the main street. Rooms are slightly dated,but large,clean and well equipped..3 great pools,nice little pool bar etc..2 nice touches..good bottle of wine left in your room on arrival and 2 fresh crusty rolls left in a bag on your door handle every breakfast time..We really appreciated how hard these guys work to make your stay special and that's why we will come back again next year..This is not a 5 star resort,but it ticks all the box's as far as we are concerned.Thank you to all at Nazaret..we have had a lovely time.

A studio apartment

I stayed in a studio apartment which is over 2 levels - there is an gallery like mezzanine level with the bedroom and the bathroom. Downstairs has a sitting are, kitchenette and a balcony. Cleaning takes place roughly every other day but be warned if you like to sleep in after 9am you might get an early wake-up (it depends on the individual chambermaid, some are later but you just don't know who you will get. Kitchen has kettle, toaster, hob, oven, pots, pans crockery and cutlery for several people. The lounge has a 'leather' sofa (which might be a sofa bed) and large TV. Balcony has table and chairs but looks out on a large open space that will eventually by built upon (it has been like this for many years). The bed is OK, not particularly comfortable. Bath, overhead shower and the window by the toilet looks out onto the pool area. If you have mobility problems this will not be for you - there are steps, more steps and obviously the stairs to the upper level of the apartment. It has a dining area (not used by me) and a separate pool bar. The facilities of its sister complex next door are available. this is bit more expensive than the Apartamentos next door and to be honest I not sure the differential is really worth it. I have stayed in Apartamentos many times and, personally, prefer that. The major selling point of Nazaret, either complex, is its relative cheapness and close proximity to the beach, bars and restaurants. Enjoy - I do.
