Plenty of parking. We had two rooms for an overnight stop off, both twins. Plenty of room and what a plenty surprise to receive a breakfast hamper which was very well used!! The staff were very helpful.

Hamper breakfast was good and we had in the dining room. Disappointed on-site bar closed well before 10pm (particularly as we had been told that it would be open to at least 10pm, maybe longer depending on the number of guests using). There were still half a dozen still drinking when we returned. We would have gone elsewhere for a drink if we had known. Shower problem already reported on earlier review.

Staff Friendly, only one person cleaning rooms, no cooked breakfast, hamper in room. Yet when booked it advertised cooked breakfast. Room wasn't cleaned once in our 3 night stay. Didn't refresh towels, had to asked for clean cups, no glasses provided for orange juice. Whole hotel could do with some maintenance done, new carpets, window locks broken, could do with painting, things just generally need updating certainly wouldn't stay again wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Room was adequate, needs decorating, carpet badly stained, tv didn't show any live tv, weak signal. Shower had very weak flow, leaked everywhere, very thin walls, could hear people walking about, talking etc, room comes with mini fridge, breakfast basket, no cooked breakfast, mattress thin , pillows thin, car park ok, free, only enough space for around a dozen cars, so come early if you want to park, this hotel has 29 rooms. Bit of a trek from the centre of town, but from the front you can see brittania pier and joyland, around a ten minutes walk. Staff friendly, the whole hotel could do with a lick of paint, maintenance etc a little dated. But quiet location which is good. Would i stop here again? Possibly, But there are better hotels, that are closer, if some what slightly dearer, however these were mainly booked up on the dates we wanted, plus didnt have a car park or you had to pay to park. All in all a ok hotel.

Pleasant and helpful staff. Room had a partial sea view. Very efficient breakfast service with a good choices. Slight problem with the shower over the bath. Had to run the hot and cold supply taps continuously to get the water supply up to the shower. This resulted in a waste of water draining from the bath.
