We loved staying here, couldn't recommend it enough.
From the start we were greeted by Roman, who welcomed us in and explained everything so well. He offered to help us plan our stay and sightseeing, which we didn't need - but we appreciated the offer! The other colleagues we met over the next few days, also went above and beyond for us and were so friendly.
The room was compact but had absolutely everything we needed, and I can honestly say that the bed was the comfiest I have ever had in a hotel. The room was clean, tidy and cosy. The heating was great too, especially after being out in the snow, it was lovely to come back to a warm room.
Location wise, we loved it, its in a quieter area but only a few minutes walk from the nearest tram/metro stops. There is also a large shopping centre nearby if you need anything and lots of nice coffee shops to grab a drink before you start your day.
Would definitely return!
