This is an older property but rooms were updated. The shower in our unit was small (no tub) but the water pressure was great. Check in was easy and we didn’t see any other staff after that. No coffee in the room but there was a mini fridge and microwave. Very reasonably priced. I would stay again.

This is a basic motel with no amenities. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was good for an overnight off the road.

Good: The room was very clean. The furniture looked new. The front desk person seemed nice. Bad: The bed was extremely soft and I kept rolling into the center. The microwave didn’t work. I used toilet paper as tissues. Overall: this is OK for a budget motel, but if you have back problems, you should look for a place with better beds

You can tell the owner is working on fixing it up. New fixtures and such. The room was clean (other than the grapes in the fridge that someone had left). The next morning the sewage was backed up into the shower, which we got the impression the owner had thought it might. He did let us use the shower in another room. I will say, it was better than a room at Mexican hat we paid 3x the amount for.

Owner could not have been more nice and helpful. Nice stay and comfortable bed. If you are very critical of cleanliness and are use to new hotels, do not stay here and save the hard working owner your low rating. If you want a comfortable sleep in a safe area, please give them your business. It is a hotel from the Route 66 days.

David checked us in. He knows a lot about the area and gave us some travel/sightseeing recommendations....ice machine wasn't working, but David provided us with a bag of ice. Old property on Rte 66 and so wear and tear and age of hotel was to be expected. It was a 1 night stay.
