My favorite hotel in Scotland. Consistent excellent standards in hospitality, comfort, and food. Only negative is the decor in most of the public areas is starting to look tired.

Great stay. Very happy. Booked single room. Given room 7. Room was OK apart from the view out of window. Avoid this room if you want a nice view

Lovely hotel with plenty of parking. Room was fine although the bathroom was a bit dated. Breakfast was perfect & plenty to chose from

From the moment we arrived (just after 7am) the service was superb, with early access to our room and a magnificent breakfast we enjoyed every day! We’ve stayed here many times and can recommend it thoroughly. They go that extra mile to make your stay great!

Nice place, quiet location (in a residential area), about a 40-minute walk downtown, comfy beds, hearty breakfast, clean (though the carpeting is a bit tired/stretched/worn), and very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

A very smart hotel, beautifully presented and excellent attention from all the staff. Breakfast lived up to its reputation - lovely porridge followed by delicious smoked haddock perfectly cooked. Highly recommended.

This is a nice, local, quaint hotel. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay in a nice neighborhood it is an excellent choice. If you are attending a conference at the TECCA, this location is about a 15 pound taxi trip each way, but that gives you an opportunity to discuss the world with the local general public. Very Nice.
