No staff on site at all. Room was big standard Premium Inn type. Breakfast is biggest let down. Cereal , yogurt and when I was got there 3 slices of bread for toast

Room was nice, clean and warm when we arrived. Perfect for a stopover on the way to Norwich. Great pub down the road, serving delicious food, The Crown.

I was in room 4, I could hear my neighbours ( room 5 ) talking and slamming doors until 10pm also right next to swimming pool and people coming and going making noise and leaving shoes in the corridors. However room clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. Tv in a good position to watch in bed and shower I had plenty of room to move. Mixed feelings about this stay!

I picked this place on a whim. While not necessarily a bad place, it was not great.... reasonlaby clean but awkward.... 1. No Internet in the room that I could find. No wi-fi or wired port - very poor in the modern era 2. Iron but no ironing board - no mention of how to get one 3. Bathroom functional but shower was VERY weak. Nowhere to spread my stuff, the shelf was too narrow 4. I did not use the pool, so cannot comment 5. I looked at the breakfast but was not impressed so skipped it. 6. Room was adequately spacious, but desk facilities were cramped 7. I did not turn on the TV OVERALL Not a complete disaster, but unlikely to stay again. It seems like a private property that the owners have turned over to a guest house, with a focus on minimal interaction. Not my thing really.

Great hotel !

Very easy to check in and leave. Nice to have a simple complimentary breakfast. It was much appreciated. Thank you for having the rooms ready early for the family to get ready for the wedding. That was very nice of you 👍 we have family in the area and we hope to stay with you again.

The property is looking very tired. The room was clean, no frills. Bathroom clean but shower has no power and the shower head really is only suitable for washing hair. The 'continental breakfast ' is just cereal and toast. Tea or coffee. We didn't see a single member of staff for the duration of our stay. Self check in, self check out. Not even a staff member in the breakfast room at all

Great having a pool to swim in morning and evening. Ronnie was very friendly and helpful. Bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was very basic but adequate.

Price & location good, room position not so

Handy location for my business trip, positioned right next to a swimming pool with adult music classes on tho into early evening so couldn’t hear the tv for shouting… not ideal, cold tiled floor too, I guess they followed thru with the flooring.. wasn’t very cosy and probably wouldn’t stay again, sorry.

Value for money

Used hotel as a central location for house hunting. Room was clean and well presented - only issue is that the wash basin was little small. The premises - ie pool and restuarant were all clean and the staff/owners were really friendly. Breakfast was as described ie a simple continental and we had no complaints with the hotel.
