Honestly for the price it’s amazing we stayed there because it was close to the airport because we could not miss our flight but there bus stops everywhere so it was easy to get around and the staff were amazing and helping us out even lend me money.

Friendly staff is safe and quiet. Just a heads up is not close to tourist areas so just that you know is a bit inconvenient to take taxi all the time. Overall is a nice little boutique hotel.

Clean, well kept, comfortable. However TV/WiFi weren't working. The electronic door didn't open with the key. The attendant wasn't the most enthusiastic one. He was just there. He however helped me with my phone charging and opening the door by magic shuffling when key didn't work. Overall there is bed, hot shower, hair shampoo needed to be squeezed out of an empty bottle. An OK experience

Unfortunately, my experience at Med Line Hotel was very disappointing. There was no reliable internet during my stay, which made it difficult to stay connected or get any work done. The room itself had several issues. The shower was not working properly, and overall maintenance seemed lacking. I also noticed signs of mold, which was concerning from both a cleanliness and health perspective. Most importantly, I did not feel safe or comfortable during my stay, which is something no guest should have to worry about. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

The reception was very nice, especially CEREN, the staff was very friendly and helpful! The bathrooms are great and AC works wonderful! Newly renovated! There was a mini fridge and a safe in the room! The beds are very comfortable! We love the restaurant on the corner: HARUN USTA CAĞ KEBAP! Went there THREE times in 2 days! And there was easy, mini markets in walking distance and a beautiful view of the famous green mosque!

Do NOT book this property. I'll repeat, do NOT book this hotel if you don't want to end up in my situation. Here is what happened - I booked a room at this Med Line Hotel online via Orbitz website, paid upfront (as always with Orbitz), got a confirmation (as always), but when I arrived at the hotel (in the middle of the night I should say), the staff on reception smiled at me and said "too bad for you, we are overbooked, no room for you, you've got to find your own (another) accommodation by yourself in some places nearby. Good luck!" Did I mention that the time was after midnight and the area of the city was totally unfamiliar to me. Apparently, they also did not respond to an Orbitz rep trying to contact them. Quite innovative business model, I could say. Sell rooms unlimited number of times, double book, triple book, no limits and just refuse checking guests in when they arrive, and just ignore Orbitz reps trying to reach your reception. Collect money with no service and absolutely no refunds, no consequences. Also, the Orbitz rep effort was subpar, I should say. If you don't want to find yourself in a situation like this, do yourself a favor and avoid this property

Nice small clean hotel

Reached hotel at 2am informed them in advance. On arrival they could not find my reservation. But accommodated me in a normal room which was noisy as was on street facing with lots of traffic at night not the one deluxe room booked by me. Morning receptionist was very kind apologetic. Allowed me late check out. Overall was a good stay

There was no WiFi for one thing. Then when I got to my room the door was just open, and I realized the room key didn’t open the door. I asked for help and the employee came up and couldn’t get the key to work either. He ended up breaking in the room with the card by sliding it between the door and the frame. He laughed and made a jokey like “shh” with his finger to his mouth. I said well I need this to lock obviously?… and he said sorry this is our last room. I asked how I was supposed to leave when I can’t even get in and he just said it’s fine and left. I’m not sure what that was even supposed to mean so I just shut the door and left since I needed food. I had to break myself in when I got back. Then I slept and everything was okay, or so I thought. In the morning I was told by the employee that I am a very heavy sleeper because they had to come in my room last night and I didn’t wake up. Apparently the power went out or something and they had to enter my room for some reason?? But they knocked and I didn’t answer since I was asleep and they decided to just enter anyways against my knowledge? That honestly really freaked me out and I can’t believe it. This whole stay was a mess and although it was pretty clean and people were nice, I really didn’t appreciate all of the stuff I listed that happened. I contacted the property about this and they have not responded. so I’m leaving it as a review now in hopes something will change. I’d be hesitant to stay here.
