There are flies everywhere in the kitchen, which is absolutely unacceptable. The air conditioning is on a timer, so in the middle of the night you end up overheating — especially if you like sleeping under blankets. For some reason, they think it’s fine to turn off the AC in guest rooms, yet the lobby AC stays on for them 24/7. How rude and inconsiderate — it feels like they care only about their own comfort, not their guests’. Who puts air conditioning on a timer in a hot country like Laos?
On top of that, the kitchen is filthy. They keep the garage door open while people are cooking, which explains why there are flies everywhere. The breakfast is just as bad — cold, poorly prepared, and far from appetizing.
To make matters worse, there are cameras covering every angle of the property, leaving guests with no sense of privacy. There’s even one facing the alley and nearby homes, which feels invasive and strange.
