I recently stayed at Novotel Suites Malaga Centro and overall had a pleasant experience. The location was excellent — very central and convenient for exploring the city. Parking was also available at a reasonable price, which was very helpful. The reception staff were very friendly and professional, always welcoming and helpful. Their service really stood out and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The room was very spacious, well-equipped, and the bed was extremely comfortable. However, the overall premises of the hotel did not fully feel like a 4-star property. The biggest disadvantage during our stay was the air conditioning. It was turned off because the hotel considered it winter, even though the weather outside was warm. The room became quite hot at night, which made it difficult to sleep. We had to open the windows, but since the hotel is located in the historic center, there was quite a lot of noise outside even late at night.

Good hotel. Good location. Layout of the room was a bit strange. No need for three sinks! Toilet cubicle was too small, yet other room was large enough for a bathtub that nobody uses on holidays when they can just have a shower instead. But would recommend this hotel overall.
