Alles bestens. Sauna dürfte aber gerne länger als bis 9 auf sein oder zumindest in der Art, dass man um 9 nicht rausgekehrt wird. Körperlotion/öl auf dem Zimmer hätte ich bei einem 4*-Wellneshotel auch erwartet, aber das ist alles jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Wellness Hotel mit Abstrichen in der B Note

Wir waren drei Tage dort und haben uns im Zimmer sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind sauber und bequem. Behandlungen im Spa hatten wir zusammen insgesamt 6 Stück gebucht. Diese wurden auch zur Zufriedenheit durchgeführt, einziges Manko war das Partnerbad, da die Wanne anscheinend vorher nicht richtig gesäubert wurde. Der Pool und Sauna Bereich sind super, jede Menge Auswahl an verschiedenen Saunen und Dampfbädern. Die Geräte im Fitnessstudio sind leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Großes no Go war das Buffet am Abend, hier zahlt man pro Person 30€ und muss die Getränke noch zusätzlich zahlen. Das Essen war leider nicht mehr als unterer Durchschnitt, besonders für diesen Preis. Leider hatte das Hotel zu dieser Zeit mit einem Cyberangrirf auf ihr IT System zu kämpfen und ich konnte nicht mit meiner American Express Karte zahlen. Wegen der Probleme gab es auch nur eine Zimmerkarte für zwei Personen. Im Großen und Ganzen war der Aufenthalt okay, wir werden trotzdem nicht mehr wieder kommen.

Drei Schnuppertage für einen längeren Urlaub.

Insgesamt ein gastfreundliches Hotel. das Servicepersonal sehr freundlich und höflich . Das Frühstück und das abendliche Angebot war gut und geschmackvoll angeboten Das Zimmer war sehr klein. Gebucht ein Einzelzimmer. Erhalten ein sehr kleines Zweibettzimmer " Körnberg " . Das Zimmer hatte keine Fenster , nur zwei Dachluken , die spaltweise geöffnet werden konnten. Die Angaben der Zimmergrößen sollten einheitlich sein. 16 m² und 20 m² sind doch sehr unterschiedliche Angaben . Auf Zimmerfotos des Hotels wurde diese Zimmerkategorie nicht dargestellt. Ein Mangel, meiner Meinung. Der Gast ist enttäuscht und nimmt diese Enttäuschung mit nach Hause. Für das Hotel gewiss nicht gut . Bis auf den Zimmermangel kann ich das Hotel nur empfehlen . Danke dem Personal .
