The apartment is beautiful, clean and comfortable. Loved the location and accessibility to everything in Old San Juan. Only struggle was all of the steps, but I will definitely stay there again.

The host was very communicative and quick to respond. The apartment is right in the heart of Viejo San Juan with everything walking distance. The inside was clean and nicely decorated and the view from the third floor balcony was stunning!

I can't say enough about this place. The location was perfect. Walking distance to everything in Old San Juan. Very easy instructions to get in and, although I never needed them, the staff was always there to support. Will be staying here again in future trips!

The property was very well located, and was more spacious than we anticipated (especially the existence of a living room area). We really appreciated the air conditioning because of the warm weather.

Property was exactly as stated in the listing. Everything I needed was available, and had no issues with the apartment. It is a historic building so there is dampness/moisture scents however, with the air conditioner it was fine. The location is amazing and the room was very quiet at night. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this location and would recommend it highly.

The apartment was wonderful and the location was ideal for walking to nearby restaurants, shopping, and sites to visit. The only thing I would caution people who have difficulty climbing stairs - this might not be the best place for you - there are stairs to get to the apartment and another flight inside the apartment to get to the 2nd bedroom. We loved the space and the balcony overlooking the street - it is a very good place to stay in old San Juan

Clean and charming apartment in the heart of Old San Juan. The apartment was very clean. Charming warm style. And the location was excellent - near many great restaurants and shops. Check in was seemless and the owners were very responsive. Would recommend.

4/10 Aceptable

Mold in the ceiling, dirty/stain floor tiles. Most importantly the wifi signal was very weak and could not use the tv. The connection to the network was accesible.

The apartment was very clean. Beds were comfortable. It’s on a busy road which at times was loud. The location and walkability was great

The room was very clean and modern. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The views were amazing and in a safe area. While the check in was easy, my only criticism is the 3 flights of stairs was a bit much with 50 lb suitcases. We would definitely stay here again.

I loved that it was stocked with towels and washcloths. The area was nice for food, bars, and coffee shops. Communication was amazing and they were very accommodating.

Check in is very easy with clear instructions and timely communications. Very large space with separate living quarters and sitting area/kitchen. Great location to walk Old SJ. Thanks!!

This was an excellent choice of stay. The AC leaked water heavily when turned on. The ceiling where the wood are has and shows mold. Bathroom had someone’s hair in the shower. But over all loved it!
