We had a fantastic stay. The location is amazing for walks along the beach to the town centre. All of the staff were great but Antoina and Frances reception staff improved the holiday experience with their customer service. We would definitely come back again.

Super friendly welcome, great location - literally metres from the beach. Beach bars nearby... restaurants near by... a lovely stroll into Puerto Pollensa 'town', good facilities... perfect for the short break we were taking

Jättebra läge. Väldigt avslappnat ställe. Lägenheten var helt ok. Bra utrymme för 2 vuxna och 2 barn. Köket var välutrustat för det vi behövde. Personalen trevlig. Överkomligt pris för området. Sen skulle lägenheten kunna fräschas upp något. Där var tex svartmögel på gummilisten i duschen. Och varje kväll luktade det avlopp i badrummet som spred sig i lägenheten. Inget problem under dagen dock.

Nice accommodation in a really good place close to the beach. Quiet and clean. Only downside is we were there for 4 nights and the apartment wasn’t serviced during that time, so we had to collect clean towels from reception.

We have just got back from a brilliant week spent here. The apartment was clean, spacious, well equipped and had a lovely view of the pool then out to sea. All of the staff were friendly, and the outside areas were well kept. The location was great, about a 10 minute walk from the heart of small town, but along the beach and a wide promenade. We will definitely be returning!

Cabot Hobby Club

The room was a lot smaller than it looked in the pictures, the pull out bed in the lounge was incredibly uncomfortable and when it’s down you can’t get out onto the outside area which was annoying when you wake up and have to disturb someone who is still sleeping.

Nice units overlooking beach.

Nice apartment block overlooking the sea & beach and spacious comfy units. Friendly, helpful reception and hospitality staff. Lovely pool area although part of terrace will always be in shade due to adjacent building. Our room had a roof terrace with sun bed, bath, chairs & tables. Location is a little way out from the main town though. No car park, simply on street parking, which wasn’t a major issue at the time of year we stayed (Oct) but could be problematical in peak season.

L’emplacement est excellent les chambres/app manquent d’entretien douche tachée et drain défait, divant sale, lit et literie vraiment inconfortable, comptoir très usé, manque d’outil de base pour la cuisinette. Le personnel est super accueillant dommage pour le manque d’entretien

Overall an OK stay

Great location and overall the public areas were good. Unfortunately our apartment was a little dated and had a few maintenance issues. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut and the hinges on one of the kitchen doors were very loose. These were fixed after reporting them. There was also mouldy silicone in the shower.just needs a little TLC.

Mycket bra -men litet kylskåp och slarvig städning

Hotellets läge och personalen var jättebra. Närheten till stranden lyfte hela semestern. Vi badade inte i poolen, dock var det väldigt rent och fräscht runt poolen och personal som gjorde rent varje morgon, kanske det bästa vi upplevt. Det vi inte upplevde som bra var att städerskan var slarvig, städade inte badrummet ordentligt vilket vi påtalade för receptionen. Kylskåpet är alldeles för litet för en barnfamilj. Om du bor på lägenhetshotell måste det vara större, vi fick plats med lite ost, smör, grönsaker och lite dricka. Endast en aidrconditon i stora rummet och ingen i somrummet. Det gjorde att det blev lite varmt i sovrummet. Överlag är vi nöjda med hotellet och kan tänka oss att återvända

Nedtur

Det ble en nedtur å komme hit, da bildene lyver. Det var linoleum på gulvet på alle rom, inkl badet og dårlig renhold på kjøkken og soverom. Flekker på sengetøyet. Sovesofaen var skjev og putene og madrassen i sengen var hard. Fant kakerlakk på soverommet. Rotete og lite koselig bassengområde, så stranden rett nedenfor ble brukt mest. Et pluss for air condition som stod på også når vi forlot rommet. Ellers hyggelig betjening og fin utsikt fra takterassen.
