距離地鐵站只要60公尺，生活機能非常方便，不過隔音有點差，有人在門口講話都聽得很清楚，但是整體感覺非常舒適

Loved our cozy stay. Loved the peaceful quaint area with small restaurants and bars. Recommend the little cafe with fruits and handmade sandwiches across from the grocery store that has everything. Thank you!! :)

방이 넓습니다. 빌라 1층 전체를 사용합니다. 성인 남자 4명이서 갔습니다. 테이블 의자에서 약간 냄새가 났고 위층 층간 소음이 다소 컸습니다. 하지만 가격을 고려하면 모두 용인이 되는 부분입니다. 신주쿠역에서 7분 거리에 이정도 사이즈의 방은 찾기 어렵지 싶습니다. 젊은 남자들끼리 가는 여행에 강추합니다.

Born and raised in this exact town, now living overseas, I was embarrassed to see the low quality of this place. I write this review only because I want everyone who visits my hometown to have a good time. We knew this was an apartment with affordable fees. However, I do not want travellers to think this is the typical standard of cleanliness and service in Japan regardless. -The front door hinges were falling off. -The clock on the wall was way off. -I had to refill the hand soap (good thing I could read Japanese!) -The door lock is not secure. In fact, it was poorly attached to the door, and I would not feel comfortable staying alone. -The pictures of the apartment on the website look better than the actual place. -There were used shavers and soap left in the shower room; if previous guests' personal items were left behind, we questioned if the room was properly cleaned. -The walls are paper thin, and we could hear people above. -The washer and Dryer worked well. -Location is convenient, but if you are sensitive to noise, the train station is right there, and you will hear the trains running. The property manager was friendly and tried to be helpful, but he knocked on our door at 10:45 pm when we were trying to sleep. When we mentioned the personal items left behind in the shower, he asked if he could walk into our room to see them (we refused). This is unacceptable! I hope this review helps you find the right place for your stay in Tokyo.
