The Cockroaches should be paying the rent or the room rates because they're definitely the ones running the motel

There is nothing unique about sunrise motel it is disgusting its not fit for a dog. I don't recommend this place at all I'd rather sleep in a cardboard box in Walmart parking lot

I booked a room as a pit stop to get some sleep during a long drive. It was the grossest place I have ever been in. I ended up leaving and stayed in a motel across the street. This motel should not be allowed to operate.

Room had not been cleaned in a long time. Dead and alive bugs of many types, including roaches. All items had to be shook and bagged when leaving. Sheets were stained and required a complete sheet and pillow case change. I didn't expect much given the price, but it was worse than anticipated. AC worked well, but dial was busted so had no idea what speed fan was on.

Room #423 was revolting, active roaches, a stained mattress indicating body fluid or past bed bugs, PLUS MOLD. My feet turned black from the carpet. Unsafe and unsanitary. Irresponsible management. I’m not sure why any paying customer had to be subjected to these conditions. I should have canceled the reservation immediately. Will be reporting the property to the proper administration this week. M.Carroll

I didn't like that it was a dead mouse in my room when I arrived. I had to go to the office to get towels and wash clothes. The laundry room was out of order. The room had double beds. The smell from the mouse was overwhelming.
