The room was very clean, we really appreciated having a kettle, fridge, and a fan in the room. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The only issue we experienced is twice in our 4 night stay we had to go to reception to get our key cards reset because they quit working. Beds were comfortable as well.

The hotel is in a lovely area and felt very safe. Great room for the price! The only unfortunate thing was how hot the room was and its inability to cool down despite there being a very large fan already inside. 3 out of the 4 of the group only got around 2 hours sleep so not ideal but cannot be really helped.

Room was good for one night stay, maintenance need to look at the plug socket near the two beds, as one only worked. Maintenance also need to look at the flush, as the water kept running, after every flush. Beds were comfy for one night, would come back for another night here but these checks are a priority to be checked.

Awful experience: dirty room broken window held by a piece of wood and no response from the hotel with regards to a refund for health and safety and hygiene violations!!

Great location. Lots of lovely cafes nearby and the area felt safe! Stayed in a 4 person room which was at the very top - it was very warm being up in the roof due to hot weather, but fans were provided which helped a lot! Luggage storage was provided for early arrival. Only suggestion would be a little more storage - perhaps some more space to place toiletries in the bathroom. Overall a great experience for a really good price!

Very supportive staff at the reception and a very clean hotel ! I had an issue with my key and it was immediately fixed. 10 minutes walking distance from the underground, close to nice cafes and restaurants.

Very small room and had to carry luggage three floors with no elevator, up a tiny staircase. Check in is in a separate building (near by)

It was very clean! The lady who cleans was so friendly and sweet! We loved chatting with her! There were great restaurants nearby.

The room is located on the 3rd floor, and unfortunately, there is no lift available. This can be a bit inconvenient, especially when travelling with heavy luggage, as you’ll need to carry everything up the stairs. However, everything else was perfect.
