Staff attempted to change my room from a 2 bed to 1 bed. The audacity of them to not communicate this to me in advance was not acceptable. It was if I was pulling teeth in order for them to satisfy my reservation. Overall 2/5. I’m 100% sure there are better hotels and also in a better location.

Breakfast was a nice east-meets- west affair and was a great way to start each day. The room door stuck and made quite a screeching noise when opening and closing. Staff were fantastic and really enhanced our stay. Side note: there are other hotels in this chain not too far away so be very careful when ordering taxis or ride shares.

From the room to the staff everything was incredible. I wasn’t aware and/or a fan that it was off the main road and down, what I would call, an alley. But other than that I would say excellent. I would suggest that you add a light in the area right inside the door and where luggage is stored.

Quite a new hotel at a great location. Neighbourhood is quiet, couple of minutes walk to the National Stadium BTS station. In fact because of the notorious bad Bangkok traffic, I was walking to and fro from hotel to the malls like Central World, Platinum, Siam Paragon etc. The only thing I hate about this hotel is the frequent slamming of the doors. There's no soft closure installed on the the doors. So you can hear clearly and loudly when every guest enters or leaves their room. Gets worse in the morning during the checkout hour and when the housekeepers starts cleaning up the rooms. So I can imagine how bad it is going to be during peak tourist season.

The hotel looks quite new overall, but the experience was disappointing. The soundproofing is extremely poor—our room had a connecting door to the next room (which we never requested), and we could clearly hear even the smallest conversations from our neighbors. Staff refused to change our room despite the noise issue. The swimming pool is also very small, more like a foot-soaking pool than a real pool. Other than the new environment, the lack of proper sound insulation made the stay very uncomfortable.
