Looked recently refurbished. Very clean. Very comfortable bed. Many useful accessories e.g. iron, hairdryer, makeup cloth etc. Good location. 10 or so mins from downtown. Area felt safe. Very helpful and friendly front desk staff. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Roanoke.

The property was very well updated. Super cozy and comfy. The bed, the linens, pillows- phenomenal. They thought of details that matter to guests. Very safe and secure property. Quiet. The only downfall to me was that the deposit that was required at check in of $150 was not listed up front at booking. I believe it should be transparent. Overall, great place to stay.
