This place was nice and I loved the parking, the location, and I like the way the room was setup. Would stay again when I’m in that area! Only thing I didn’t like was there was no ice machine but other than that good stay.

Bedding and bathroom were clean, but it is very run down and it appears it is more a motel for migrant farmworkers than travelers.

I needed a last minute place to stay and the Royal Inn came in clutch. The man who checked me in was very nice and got me in immediately. The parking was covered and safe, the step up to the room was a doozy. Clean safe property with the bare minimums of amenities. For the price, it was fine. The floor felt like they forgot to sweep it but otherwise it was fine. I felt every single spring on the bed.

Bed smelled like chemicals, was able to get a room change but wasn’t a whole lot better, they did not want to refund after only one night of staying out of 7 nights booked, air conditioning did not work and room was very hot, wires to the lamp in the room were cut, rust in the bathroom on the towel racks. Was not a pleasant stay.

Had a broken blind, dirty bathroom including toilet and vanity. Bought my own bathroom cleaner and cleaned it myself. One of the bedside lamps had the wires spliced and wrapped with black tape. No coffee or drinking water available at all. Great parking!

Poor heat, bathroom mold, street noise. What’s there to love? It was inexpensive so I’ll give them that. And the staff was friendly.

The accommodations were humble yet very well maintained and the staff were friendly, efficient, and helpful. I would be happy to stay here again.

Only thing to beware of is parking is an issue. There aren't a lot of spots. The hotel was busy. There are people who live at the hotel for a extended period of time while they work. That being said everyone was respectful while we were there for the two days we stayed. Management is outstanding. Our AC in our room was not working so the boss came out and troubleshoot my ac unit. When he saw it wasn't working he brought in a new one and installed it.

Room was not cleaned well, towels need to be replaced, old dirty stained, bed was uncomfortable other guests were very loud at all hours during our stay. WiFi signal was poor and could not watch movie selection. Overly priced even for holiday weekend. Will not plan to stay here again.
