Fantastic host who let us check in early coming from Dubrovnik and also arranged us an early morning airport shuttle. She also gave us a discount for her sons restaurant in town which we enjoyed! Cozy place with great views and close to the water view!

We stayed one night having arrived late at Dubrovnik airport. Location was perfect - Cavtat is beautiful and apartment was short walk to front. Apartment was very nice- spotlessly clean. Bed very comfortable. We had a good nights sleep before onward journey next day. Would definitely recommend , even for a longer stay.

From the moment we walked up the steps to tne apartment, we were greeted by a beautiful sea view. Everything inside was spotless and well-maintained, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, some of the best we’ve experienced. A lovely apartment, an easy walk from the restaurants etc along Cavtat's marina. The apartment had everything you could need, and the host lives in the house opposite and is very helpful. I highly recommend this place to stay. The only thing to be aware of (and this applies to all properties around Dubrovnik) is that the airport is nearby, and the flight path goes over all the nearby towns, so you do hear the aircraft going over - but it didn't bother me.

The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. It is less than a 10 minute walk to the centre of Cavtat, 20 minute walk to the beaches, supermarket nearby and there is a bus stop directly opposite the apartment where you can get the bus to Dubrovnik which only takes around 30/40 minutes. There is a small balcony as well which has a table and chairs as well as a drying rack. It’s not far from the airport, so it’s very convenient if anyone needs to catch an early flight.

Appartamento molto ampio con due camere da letto e due bagni. Tutto molto curato e pulito in maniera impeccabile. Letti comodi e cucina ben attrezzata. Molto gentili i proprietari. Piccolo parcheggio a disposizione degli ospiti. Bellissima la vista mare dal balcone.

It’s a beautiful property, amenities as advertised. We got the two bedrooms on the 3rd floor . We only stayed one night but The kitchen is well equipped for a long stay . The view is beautiful on this floor but it’s difficult to climb the stairs and haul the luggages . It’s a great length of walk to the city center and harbor , It’s an also uphill and downhill. But the great thing is that the bus station to Dubrovnik is just cross the apartment

Room was clean and a good size. The view from the balcony was as advertised and was quite nice, especially at sunset. Easy access to the main road and a very short drive to DBV airport. Walkable to anywhere in the town, near a very nice restaurant (By The Way is the name of it). Everything was quiet and comfortable. Only downside is parking is very very tight. There is not enough space for everyone to park without blocking others in.

Good points: The apartment is big. Decently equipped kitchen. Good storage. En-suite shower room plus another larger shower room. Top floor flat with balcony with a sea view. Short walk down to Cavtat front. Less good points: Very poor WiFi -only really worked in the main bedroom. No overhead brackets for shower heads in either bathroom. We are tall and showering ( and rinsing hair/body throughly ) with hand held shower heads was NOT good, at all. Horrible and made your arms ache. No where within either of the showers to place your shower gel, shampoo, washcloth etc. Noises, conversations, TV noises all tramsmitted from elsewhere in the building through the extractor fans ducting! Weird, disconcerting. No plug for kitchen sink. Microwave greasy in outside left hand side. Tiles at base of shower walks need de-scaling. Neither a goodd nor bad point for us -but something to be aware of -there are steps up to the apartment. Also, the descent into Cavtat seafront is STEEP; very. Getting back up is challenging too -we're active over 70s but the access up and down a couple of times a day had ne resorting to the Voltarol for my knees every evening before bed-just be aware.

Luce was so nice to deal with. The bed and pillow were comfortable and towel was clean and white. The property is a little far from center for my taste but if you use short cut, not too long walk. Cavtat is worth to visit !

All good. Friendly host, apartment has a nice terrace with Seaview. Only drawback - it's directly below the approach path into Dubrovnik airport. No problem for me but if you demand a quiet stay that might not be your first choice

Great location & potential. Comfortable and friendly family stay with a few areas for improvement We had a pleasant family stay in Cavtat! The location is fantastic, offering gorgeous views and easy access to local amenities. The apartment includes a functional kitchen, which came in handy, and there is a market just a 5-minute walk away for groceries. Being situated slightly uphill from the port, it's a convenient 10-to-15 minute walk down to the ferries for Dubrovnik. While the property has a lot going for it, a few functional updates would elevate the experience significantly: Climate Control & Tech: The single AC unit located in the kitchen area struggles to cool the entire apartment, particularly the bedroom during warmer days. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connectivity was quite spotty (especially in the bedrooms) and the TV unit was out of order, so we ended up relying on eSim data packages for our kids' entertainment. Amenities: There is no in-unit washing machine. When we asked, we were directed to contact the morning maid service; however, we prefer having direct access to laundry facilities to manage it independently. Pricing clarity: We noticed that children were charged at the full adult city tax rate, which wasn't a dealbreaker for us, but clearer upfront communication on child rates would be helpful. Overall, the apartment has immense potential, with a bit of attention to the AC, Wi-Fi, TV, and clearer facility details, it could easily be an excellent stay.

Great apartment, tricky check-in

The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Ten minute taxi from the airport, and a bus station to Dubrovnik very close. Nice restaurant/cafe nearby as well. I wish they would put a picture of the front of the apartment as well as check-in instructions or at least a contact email in the listing. The address is wrong, it should be Jurja Dalmantica 2, not 1. Jurja Dalmantica 1 is a different property, where I waited for 30 minutes before a neighbor helped me find the office. Not fun alone at night after a long flight.
