Beautiful property reminiscent of a European hotel. For instance, check in is at the bar as opposed to a front desk. The rooms are large and gorgeous; ours was in the back and quiet, just some background noise from the kitchen and the restaurant in the courtyard below. Our travel partners had a room on the street side and mentioned the street noise was quite prominent. Fabulous food at the restaurant. Great location, very walkable; we chose to uber from the airport and skip the car which worked very well. Again, I felt like I was in Italy; even most of the staff spoke Italian.

I was looking forward to staying at this little gem for a planned getaway to Miami. I didn’t want a big chain hotel and I got exactly what I was looking for at this location. I read the reviews before coming so I was aware of the noise from the restaurant but it wasn’t a bother for me. The esthics of the room & restaurant are so nice. The restaurant & my room were super clean! All the staff I interacted with were wonderful! I would definitely come back in the future.

Great location. Odd room. Beautifully decorated but not user friendly. No door to the bathroom which was a surprise. Also, you must climb steps to the room. It can be challenging with a suitcase. Only one chair to sit in & only one luggage rack but there were two of us staying in the room. The mattress was great.

Spacious modern rooms. A beautiful boutique hotel and restaurant. A little confusing checking in, the code they gave didn’t work for gate but another guest helped us in. Maybe clearer instructions when checking in would have felt better and made arriving somewhere new more comfortable. Staff was friendly. If you are sensitive to sounds, noises this may not be the place for you, right above Kitchen and dining areas.

Donnatella is gorgeous and suites are top of the line -staff so fun and helpful. The DJ music, blinds, espresso machine, Food at hotel, aromatherapy, Bvlgari in the room were so nice. Felt like a little nook in Italy. Grazie !!!

L’hôtel est globalement très bien. En revanche, notre expérience avec le transport a été extrêmement décevante. Nous avions demandé un taxi pour 18h, mais avons dû attendre 30 minutes, ce qui nous a mis en retard. De plus, il ne s’agissait manifestement pas d’un taxi officiel, mais plutôt d’un VTC. Le tarif appliqué était totalement excessif : 88 € pour un trajet entre Miami Beach et l’aéroport international, soit environ le double du prix habituel. Il est inacceptable qu’un établissement propose un service aussi peu transparent et aussi coûteux à ses clients. Pour cette raison, malgré la qualité de l’hôtel, je ne peux pas le recommander.

The property could be in better condition. The cold water spigot in the sink was broken. Television wasn’t working had to call somebody up seemed as though they didn’t really prepare much had a huge party down below until 11 PM with screaming and hollering.

This is in a perfect location, close to shops. Around the corner from a Walgreens if you needed anything basic and on the same block as a parking garage. They offer valet but it’s cheaper and easier to park your own car. A block from the beach. Miami owes us NOTHING!! We stayed in the Fiorella room which was right over the dining. It was perfect besides the AC which worked but not enough for the weather. It was like sleeping outside some nights, but I couldn’t complain because of how beautiful the property was and the staff… OMG. Amazing. Helped with our bags due to not having an elevator, so pack light.. poor guy lol. My girlfriend’s luggage was well over 60 pounds but no complaints. A bar right downstairs. We stayed for 5 nights and let me tell you… we will definitely be back. Just work on the AC lol. I guess being over the kitchen didn’t help.

I was supposed to stay at this hotel they ended up switching me to their sister hotel. Victor hotel. The $400 room that I originally purchased was switched to a standard room at the victor hotel. A $200 price difference I have not been compensated for my difference. Victor hotel is not bad…. When you’re spending $200 a night, but I spent 400 a night. Still haven’t received a message from them. All I asked for is to be compensated and they have never responded to me. Could’ve been just an upgraded room or anything, but they decided to not respond. This was their fault for not being able to give me the room that I purchased. Looks like a great hotel though wish I could’ve stayed.

The property is beautiful, room is clean and exactly in the pics and in prime location too. Definitely needs better management though it’s not enough for a one person to run the hotel their primary focus is on restaurant not hotel They need more people full time to run this place just for the hotel part NOT restaurant We will had a good time and like I said beautiful property

Beautiful entrance into what feels like you are actually in Italy ! Met by Alphonse with an engaging persona and warm smile. Then escorted to our suite upstairs, Serena, which was elegant. Enjoyed an outstanding dinner downstairs in the restaurant including an incredible lemon accented pasta topped with caviar and a lobster based pasta dish served within the lobster shell. Miami Beach is way more than a Cuban restaurant or Stone crabs !!!
