Best ocean front/ocean view property. It’s very nice, clean, spacious place. The view from the room was to die for. You wake up to a beautiful sunrise you can watch from the room. It was well awesome!!

The clerk who checked us in was very patient and kind. He explained to us where to park and to call them from the hotel phone should we needed anything. The ocean view room was clean and comfortable after a 5 hour drive.

Hotels.com and Google maps have this place incorrect on the map, the Residence is very close to the beach. We thought we had booked a place in town. We easily caught the bus to and from the residence to the train station using NAVER maps. A big new complex in new condition. We loved our room with an excellent shower, the bed a bit too hard and small for us. There’s new cafes and restaurants popping up around the complex. The pool times need booking which includes access to the pool bar. We didn’t try the breakfast.

레지전스가 호텔보다 시설이 별로라고 들어서 걱정했는데 일반 호텔보다 공간이 넓어서 좋았어요. 일단 리조트 가면 냄새가 나서 별로 않좋아하는데 여기는 기본 취사가 않되고 오픈한지 얼마되지 않아 그런 걱정은 필요없었습니다. 전반적인 시설도 깨끗하고 해변과 연결도 후에 발 씻기도 편해 좋았고, 아케이드에서 식사 커피 해결도 편리하고, 편의점도 엄청 좋았습니다. 모노그램 때문에 강릉 갈 이유 충분해요!

강릉 여행에 좋은 숙소와 함께해서 만족합니다. 다만 아기용퓸 대여해서 사용하였는데, 아기용품 청결이나 내구도 관리는 더 신경써주시면 좋을거 같아요. 호텔 오션뷰, 서비스, 편의시설 전부 좋고 깨끗했어요!!

오픈한 지 얼마 안되어 깨끗하고 잘 정돈된 객실이었습니다. 프런트도 친절했고 자재도 좋은 것으로 사용한 것 같았습니다. 코너 스위트의 온돌룸에 단차를 두어 마치 침대 같은 바닥과의 이격감을 둔 것은 매우 좋은 아이디어였습니다. 아쉬운 점 몇 가지만 적자면(이건 예약사이트인 호텔스닷컴도 알려주면 좋을 듯해요)... 욕실에 세안용 비누(바)가 없는 건 아쉬웠습니다. 치약이 없는 것과 함께 미리 알려주면 좋을 것 같아요. 지하 주차장의 경우도 공간이 넓었는데 중간이든 기둥에 호텔동, 레지던스동(A,B)의 표시가 눈에 띄게 있으면 좋을 것 같습니다. 뭐 차들이 밀집한 쪽을 찾아가면 되겠지만 약간 아쉬웠어요. 외국인 비중이 많은지는 몰라도 벽면 표시엔 한글이 전혀 없었습니다.

공휴일(선거일)이라 그런가 오후 2시경에도 로비에 체크인 대기자들이 한가득...ㅠ.ㅠ
시설도 좋고 전망도 좋은데...
샤워 부스 하수도가 넘 작아서 그런가 물이 안 빠지고 계속 고여서 샴푸질 하고 한참 기다리다 헹구고...시간이 한참 걸렸네요.
거실은 좀 낫다고 해서 거기서도 해봤는데...그곳도 마찬가지.
대형 숙박업소 하수구를 그렇게 만들었다는 게
