I paid hotels.com $150 for 2 nights on a King Studio room and (after charging my card $124), clerk claimed they didn't carry such room. He hurried up to check me in a Standard King bed room, which the website had for less $ and no sofa. I went to the room and it was not the one I paid for, so I walked out and told him I am NOT staying. He took the room card back to the office, came out going about his business and he thought that was it, lol, really?!! I told him I wanted a refund in paper and he did give me a little card transaction paper stating same amount. Except, that alleged refund receipt includes last 4 numbers of a credit card DIFFERENT than mine. Next day, I called Hotels.com and they did issue me full in 2 days.
