The place isn’t perfect by any means but you know what that’s a hell of a lot better than what it used to be around the two hotels at once it’s crazy but you definitely get your bang for your buck there have an outstanding breakfast they got a pool I mean what more you need?

Good value, co-owned with the Best Western next door. Not fancy, and the room smelled like the deodorant used on a room that has been smoked in, but the swimming pool at the BW as well as the free breakfast were great.

Difficult to find check in. It was located at the hotel a cross the parking lot. Once we found the check in our room wasn’t ready. Check in was 4:00 and we were there at 4:15 and was told would be ready about 30-45 minutes. The outside was not well maintained/clean. The interior was clean but in need of some updates. Breakfast was good; however, we had to go to the hotel across the parking lot.

The breakfast was some of the best part, very good! The hotel could use updates and the pool is not heated and not clean, dark water. The no pet fee is also a great feature. All and all good stay, huge kitchenette room

Morons wouldn't give me a break for accidentally booking a hotel on the American side. Had to pay for 3 lost nights. Why would I visit the US in this political environment? If I ever do visit 'Murica again, I sure won't be staying there.

This place is a dump. The room is bare with ripped wall paper and holes in the closet doors. They were redoing the parking lot and when we opened the door to the room there was a pile of dirt that had been blown in by the work crew. I called the front desk to ask if they could at least clean up the dirt and she told me she would try to get over and clean it up if she got a chance. Well, she never did. I would never stay here again or recommend this place.

The outside may look like it could use some repairs, but the room was clean, recently updated. Beds were comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Air conditioning worked great.

Not the best or cleanest, but it is the cheapest! Which is why I stay here. Beds are comfortable, breakfast is good (you have to go to the Best Western across the parking lot) Location is convenient for what we do.

Had to call/stop at front desk multiple times before more towels and toilet paper were brought over to us. Seemed very unorganized and unprioritized. We had bags of trash sit outside the door of our room for more than 24 hours and they were never picked up. Alright for the price, but definitely need to get more housekeepers to be able to take care of the Superior Place side of the parking lot. Decent breakfast.

We stayed in room 3109 which smelled of cigarette smoke, the towel bar in the bathroom was falling out of the wall, the curtains barly kept the light out from outside. The bed was ok and the room was decent size. You have to walk across the parking lot to check in. Breakfast was good that also is at the main hotel. I believe most people who stay at this hotel live at this hotel. You get what you pay for that's for sure.

If you want to stay at a dirty hotel then this one is for you. There are 2 sections facing each other with a large parking lot between them had to walk to the other building for ice.Towels were stained and worn. I put the wrong date by mistake I called within 30 minutes. They charged me $89 to change the date.

The sheets were stained! The tv got no reception until 10 pm when wind calmed down. There was a cigarette burn hole above one bed, hole punched in closet door and back wall of shower was peeling apart. Will never stay here again.

Place was disgusting. We were supposed to have a 2 queen bed room, and there was only 1 queen bed, and a headboard for the other and no bed. Furniture was ripped and stained, and there was mold in the coffee pot! Definitely DO NOT STAY HERE. Front desk told us that they will not be fixing anything due to trying to sell.
