El staff es muy amable y proactivo. Las cápsulas son cómodas y equipadas, aunque da calor al final de la noche. Las instalaciones y el desayuno excelentes. Un hostal de 10.

Great capsule hotel, super clean. Good location. I wasn't in the room much as I was out exploring the city and on excursions. They have all the amenities that you need. Great place if you want a clean comfortable location to lay your head at night

If traveling solo and on the cheap, this is one of the finest hostels I have ever stayed. Mini-capsule rooms have everything you need and the shared spaces are clean. The staff is kind and friendly and the neighborhood is walkable. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in Almaty.

I was very positively surprised by AQ Capsule Hotel. The price was extremely reasonable, yet the facilities were much better than expected. The room/capsule was clean, comfortable, and felt private despite the concept. The common areas were also well maintained, and everything worked as it should. The location is excellent for exploring Almaty, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I left early and did not have the opportunity to try the breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. Overall, a great value-for-money stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Almaty. Highly recommended

I stayed at AQ Hotel twice during my trip and was very pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered excellent value for money. Everything worked as expected, and I had a good night’s sleep on both occasions. The location is also very convenient, with many restaurants, cafés, and attractions within walking distance or just a short Yandex ride away. I didn’t try the breakfast, so I cannot comment on that, but apart from that I have nothing negative to say. The staff were friendly, check-in was easy, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. For the price, this hotel exceeded my expectations and proved to be a great base for exploring Almaty. I would definitely stay here again and can highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in Almaty.

If all what you are looking for is a bed and bathroom, then this is the best option. I was visiting a conference with pretty packed schedule — leaving early in the morning and returning pretty late and this was the best option. I normally don't use any other amenities of a hotel/hostel and this was just the right option for me. Staff is friendly, they also provide a free breakfast (at least in was included in mine), alas, never had a chance to try them. Overall, no complaints. Best for its price point.

AQ minisuite is great and the private "room" is spacious for a hostel, offers a lot of privacy and security at an affordable price. The common area is also very nice and the staff was super helpful. It's an decent location, close to some popular destinations and the streets are very walkable with lots of food options nearby.
