This apartment has basically everything for a perfect stay for some days in São Paulo, good layout and a surprisingly spacious balcony with a stunning view from 15th floor. BUT: lack of maintenance and poor cleaning let the apartment appear partly worn out, even though this building is almost completely new.
But here comes the worst part: Really disgusting smell of grey water/strong drain odor under the kitchen sink spreading in the whole apartment. I announced this to the apartment’s customer service same evening on arrival, as well as the toilet shower leaking. Also the bathroom ceiling was covered in mold.
I was promised a technician would have a look at this on the day after arrival, but nothing happened and no one showed up. On the fourth day of my stay, after another contact with 360 Suítes customer service and three contacts with Hotels.com customer service, a technician showed up, solved the toilet shower and disappeared without even having a look at the kitchen sink. So I had to stay in this disgusting smell for six nights. Unacceptable, serious hygiene issue in a kitchen where the guests prepare food.
Apart from mold, drainage smell and broken toilet shower I faced:
- Broken towel holder in the bathroom
- Remote control for ac malfunctional
- Blotchy, outworn towels
- Heavily soiled pans and cookware
Clothes that I had stored on hangers inside the apartment still carried the smell of drainage even after I arrived back home.
350 Suítes denied any compensation.
