Conveniently located, clean, quiet, pleasant staff, with all the essentials needed for a long stay. I stay here frequently and I’m never disappointed.

I’ve stayed here many times for work in the area. I’ve never had a problem—the staff are friendly, hotel & room clean, quiet, accommodating, great price, and conveniently located.

Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. The shower head is terrible. And we had to wait 25 minutes for someone to check us in since we arrived later in the evening. Staff was super friendly once she got there! Overall good experience.

6/10 Bueno

The location of the hotel was great, lots of things to do around it, including restaurants. The only problem was the hotel was kind of like a contractors hotel. It was a very basic. The bed was uncomfortable, outside lights shining in the window at night. Very hard to fall asleep. We had to take a blanket off the bed to put it over the window. The microwave clock was so bright we had to put a cloth over it! It just was not very comfortable. The hotel was nice, clean, great location and the people at the desk were nice.

You get what you pay for, and for the low price it was very good. There is NO fluff or extras that you are over paying for. It was clean, convenient and the staff was great.

4/10 Aceptable

They don't have anyone available to check in at 11PM. I had to call a number and wait 10 minutes for someone to come over. They provide zero toiletries. there was one small bar of soap for the shower. No soap to wash your hands, no shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc. Also the kitchen has zero utensils. You can't use it unless you bring your own supplies. The bed is very cheap and firm. Basically just a metal frame with box springs and a cheap mattress. The hotel is in a very well lit area which is nice for security but the blinds are the cheapest ones you can find and let light in all night long. No curtains or blackout shades. Unfortunately this hotel has decided to cut costs at every corner possible from staff to amenities.

No kitchen utensils, but they sell them as a package for $39.99. They also nickel and dime you. After you pay through a third party, they still charge you almost $8.00 extra per room. A hidden fee. The beds are super squeaky in all rooms due to the fake wood floors and the rubber on the bed post. It can get really annoying. And the walls are super thin. Office closes early so don't get there after 5 or you will have to wait until someone comes in. There is a reason that you are getting the cheap rate at a brand new hotel. It's super clean, I guess that's the good part.
