This is our second time staying here and had thought this is where we would come regularly to stay as we visited my mother in a nursing home.
First, the good: The staff are always friendly. The rooms are very spacious and have a table that rolls around the room to meet multiple needs, basic dishes to eat in the room as desired, a fridge/freezer combo that will allow you to eat and store meals, and a microwave for cooking said meals or warming them up. There is a couch that is also a pull out—this is in the 2 queen bed rooms or the king bedroom. The TV has services such as Netflix, Disney, etc that you can log in to and they will log you out on check out. They have a salt water pool (our children said it was a little cold this weekend). They have a breakfast area with a great variety of options, especially at this price point.
Opportunities for growth: They started charging an incidental fee. I am used to giving a card in case of incidentals but they actually charge you and then refund it days later. The beds are VERY firm. The walls and ceilings must be paper thin—people were loud in the hall and there was a guest running around in the room above The breakfast buffet has a good variety but they run out of the yogurt frequently and do not refill it always, Most of the egg sandwich items taste like they came from a package and are sometimes undercooked or cold. Also, the staff do not always stay up on re-filling. We decided to try somewhere else next time
