Lovely, clean, Mayan-inspired rooms and a helpful team! The location is a bit out of town and I don’t recommend walking there at night due to a few reactive dogs in the neighborhood, but that’s not the hotel’s fault, just something to be aware of!

La atencion del personal fue maravillosa, siempre al pendiente de nuestra estancia. Un grandioso desayuno y en general las instalaciones con el balance correcto. Como mejora podria indicar realizar fumigaciones mas recurrentes a las habitaciones y cambiar o limpiar las regaderas (literalmente la regadera) pues el agua salia muy poco, principalmente el agua caliente. La regadera mostraba signos de sarro.

El hotel muy bonito, la alberca también. El personal muy amable, definitivamente lo recomiendo y volveré. Solo un detalle, para los que padecemos de dolor de espalda, los colchones eran muy suaves, por lo demás todo muy bien y limpio.
