8/10 Muy bueno

Our room was spacious, well equipped, comfortable and fairly clean. The location of the guest house is great, it's a walkable distance from the station, the town centre and very close to the promenade. It's definitely good value of money.

Excellent stay at a good location, honestly couldn't fault it for a bed for the night. Room was clean, checking in was easy, room was spacious and in a great location. We arrived late so the parking spaces were taken up, but lots of free parking nearby. Bed in room was comfy, loads of free snacks in the room and a kettle, microwave and fridge if needed. Honestly couldn't fault the stay at all, we will be back.

Absolutely fantastic stay, location is ideal - literally a 30 second walk to the beach, only a few minutes from the town center, great restaurants near by, staff are attentive and friendly. It's our new favourite spot, and very affordable too! 10/10

6/10 Bueno

The guesthouse is at a great location and the price we paid was great too. Our room, unfortunately, wasn't quite what we expected. The room was very small, much more like a single room than a double. Everything was tight and crammed, and wasn't as well equipped as another room we saw. We would definitely be back if we could stay in another room.

What a lovely stay! It’s so close to the beach and a short walk from the town centre. The Regis lodge was warm and cosy with lots of fun snacks provided too. Parking was easy on the forecourt and staff were very communicative. Would definitely recommend.

Great location. Limited parking at property, we parked around the corner but have to pay certain times of the day. Room was compact but comfortable.

4/10 Aceptable

Place does not have good kerb appeal, and inside it is dated. Stairs very narrow and steep. Loose cover to plug for kettle, slightly musty wardrobe. No light for bathroom mirror.

Clean and large room, with lovely personal touches and sea view. Super friendly assistance with our check in and comfy bed, tv etc! Would absolutely recommend for a convenient location in Bognor.

We saw the proprietor when we arrived at the property. He said our room was ready, although we were very early. My partner was delighted with the box of breakfast goodies. The fridge and microwave were welcome extras.. Clean linen, big room, great locality. No negative points at all.
