6/10 Bueno

The hotel is devided in Little houses each with two floor. Everything is manage remotely. If you need something, like Coffee or Blanket, you want have it really. But the overall offer is good.

Bret was very helpful and quick to respond to messages. It would be nice to have a voucher for breakfast at the restaurant across the street (where we check in). Please consider adding this amenity.

Floor was not wiped just cleaned with a broom, so ended up with dirty feet when walking barefoot, but beds were great and everything else was nice.

Sleeps 8 but houses a lot less. Not as big as it sounds. Kitchen and living space are very small.

6/10 Bueno

The room did not seem to have been physically completed. the closet was unfinished and the air conditioning seemed to be inadequate for the size of the cabin. This property would be best for groups not expecting to be in the building during the day although there wasn't much to do in the surrounding area if you were uninterested in water sports (Bear Lake). For us, the property was disappointing.

It was clean, spacious, convenient to town, and had comfortable beds, and a large refrigerator to store our food. The owner is kind, professional and knowledgeable about the area. Would definitely book again.
