Great place to stay in the heart of the city. Great staff and location.

Very helpful and pleasant staff made stay enjoyable. I was able to get a room before the normal check in time since I arrived hours before that.

The hotel is basic. If you looking for something simple for a short stay in Chicago I would recommend it. The location is worth the cost. I would also recommend booking the larger room, as the rooms are small.

Nice and clean hotel. Great for a single person or couples. Wouldn't recommend for families due to smaller sized rooms.

1층이 너무 시끄러운 거 빼고는 그런대로 괜찮았음. 가격대비는 글쎄...

This is a lovely hotel, clean, helpful staff and great location. Rooms are small but we really just sleep there when we're in Chicago.

Staff from the front desk to the house keepers were all kind and so helpful even in the middle of their change over(being taken over by Marriot) the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Great spot if youre a solo traveler or 2 people as the rooms are small.

Great hotel and staff was amazing! Noise on a Saturday night on the second story at street level almost was unbearable(outdoor noise being people and loud cars)

First and foremost the staff was absolutely SPECTACULAR. So friendly and knowledgable and accommodating. The property itself is perfectly fine, just a bit lack luster for the price. I booked a "Superior Queen" room and was given a tiny room with a full size bed. The AC was very cold! Great location! And, once again, amazing staff!

The rooms looked bigger on the pictures on the website. Me and my wife room was definitely too small. Not enough room to move around or unpack. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was clean. Wifi service was terrible. No microwave, refrigerator or iron in the room. The location was great.

I enjoyed my stay - I did want to point out the tripping hazard heading into the front doorway - the small step while it has a sticker on it to point it out - is dangerous and poorly lit at night. I tripped and was shaken up and a bit bruised. I think this is something that should be fixed.

The AC unit was very loud. The walls were very thin, I literally woke up middle of the night 5 times due to someone flushing their toilet. Ridiculous. Wont be staying here again.

We had booked three nights at the hotel. However, they neglected to clean the room daily or provide us with fresh towels. When we requested a change of clean towels, they promised to bring them but never did.

My room was by the elevators which was a noisy location, not recommended if you want deep sleep. Air conditioning would transition to auto set which was different from my preference, would have liked it more if it would stay at my set temperature. A good view from the window would have enhanced the experience but that’s fine since i was outdoors most of the time. Overall, neat and clean. Downtown location was the biggest perk!

Skip this hotel. Their deadlocks do not work on ANY hotel doors and the staff is aware and still checking people in. They apologized and told me to use the latch. So unsafe. I got a full refund and booked elsewhere.

Rooms are small, but overall nice. Biggest problem was arriving, having a room assigned, then going up to the room to find maintenance inside doing preventative work. Went back down, got a new room, new room’s bathroom sink drain didn’t work. So went back down again to get it resolved. They offered to have maintenance come and fix it right then. Unsure if this was a quick fix or not, we asked for another room. They were able to put us in the original room in a couple of hours so we left our bags, went to eat and when we came back the room was ready and our bags already in there. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, rooms need to be checked out and overhauled where needed before they have a big problem on their hands. Gym access for free down the street was a really great perk. Coffee in lobby was decent, better than regular hotel lobby coffee!

Daniel was very helpful and friendly at check-in. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was great! Very close to everything we were there to do. The lounge staff was very attentive and the drinks were very good. Overall we had an amazing experience here.
