This hotel completely ruined my stay in Madinah.On the first day we checked in, the front desk gave us a keycard to the wrong room, and I accidentally walked into another family’s room. It was extremely uncomfortable and embarrassing.
When we were moved to another room, it reeked of cigarette smoke, and the smell immediately gave me a headache. I asked the front desk for a different room, but I was told the hotel was full and was advised to open the window and spray perfume.
On top of that, the room wasn’t stocked with any towels. When I called reception to request towels, they sent up only one small hand towel, which when I booked I selected three adults.I just hope they do better with customer service moving forward.
