Nice bar. Clean room. Some staffs are friendly. Most menus were repeated. For our three days it was okay.

6/10 Buena

The hotel staff were generally very helpful and pleasant. The buffet selection was quite basic, but well cooked and presented. The room was very tired and the bathroom floor was always soaked after anyone had a shower, no matter how careful they were, due to the open ended design of the shower. The pool was taken over for about an hour most days by the French holiday club operating in the hotel, which meant you couldn’t use the pool properly or relax around it during this time.

Great location and lovely resort for kids and adults alike. The food is good with a large selection for breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus an à la carte restaurant on the beachfront which is available at lunch time and included in the all inclusive price. There are two pools meaning you can usually get a sunbed - although the beach-facing pool does tend to get busy unless you find a spot early in the morning. The staff are friendly and the entertainment in the evening keeps adults and kids happy. I would say that the snacks provided at the bar need to be improved- currently just some basic cheese wraps which really aren’t what you would expect at a 4 star resort. These really aren’t nice at all- you can do better here Wyndham! Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beds are comfortable and the rooms clean and equipped with coffee making facilities and a fridge. Rooms are always spotless. I would recommend.

Was a nice stay overall

The hotel was out to the beach which was nice, however what looked like a promenade between, was actually a road, with coaches and lorry deliveries - not a very serene beach atmosphere. The hotel could do with an upgrade and a gardener, and perhaps new beds. The food was medium, but heard was much better than the big 5* resort in Roda and we were served wine fra a bottle on the table and not a dispenser! The beach bar served lunch from a menu which was nice - lovely Greek salads. If it had an upgrade it would be a 4/5 star, but probably a high 3 for now.

4/10 Regular

Hotel is very tired. The room had no door on the shower, the TV did not work and neither did the phone. We reported these issues to reception and they fixed the phone and connected the channels to the tv (apps like Netflix still didn’t work). The rooms are described as soundproof, which they most definitely are not! You can even hear toilets flushing, hair dryers and even people eating crisps… the walls are very thin! There were also not enough loungers for all hotel guests despite there being 3 areas (beach, big pool and little pool). However, the hotel is very clean and the bar staff and maid (Christina) were amazing!! So friendly and super helpful. Hotel staff did make special effort to stream the World Cup final for guests, which was appreciated! The hotel transfer was 1hr 45 mins on the way and 2hrs on the return.

Ottima struttura vicina al mare, ottimo cibo, molto pulita. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile.

This was a great hotel! It is close to the beach and you also have the option of 2 pools. The food was brilliant and have an option of 2 restaurants. One very small downfall was that when we arrived, no one collected us from the beach side of the hotel so we were struggling to find the reception in the dark.

Tavsiye ederiz.
