The main issue was the room and serious health concerns. The actual room was very different from the pictures shown online. We were told the photos were “for display only” and not representative of the real room, which is misleading and unacceptable. The manager was rude and unhelpful, and the amenities were poor. Due to these issues, we decided to leave immediately, returned the key, and contacted Expedia for assistance. Despite this, the property still refused to issue a refund and provided no solution or support. There was no one at reception, no one answered the phone, and the bell appeared to be turned off with no staff coming out. Overall, a very bad experience. I would not recommend this place.

The room had a smell of old urine or similar, it didn't disappear after opening all doors and windows. Their was urine sitting in the toilet on arrival. The walls were covered in marks that could be wiped off but had not been. Any holes in walls were patched but no sanding or painting. Toaster was full of bread that smoked the room on use. When we checked under the bed on check out there were unidentified brown lumps of varying sizes under the queen bed. Room had new ish carpet but stains everywhere. Fridge also had an odour. Check in was clunky no response to door had to call a cell and got told the room number seen no one working there during our stay at all. Window latch on one window was broken. Heating option's was a oil finn heater with broken legs, mirror was randomly in lounge and leant again wall and filthy also.

Disgusting and dirty room, cockroaches on walls and cooking surfaces, toilet bowl has unknown substance lurking in the bottom. Dodgy wiring. Bent, loose and broken chairs. Room smelt strange. Mattress badly stained. Property unkept. Fridge and tv worked fine. Left at 5:50am, couldn’t sleep with cockroaches moving around on the ceiling. Never again.

10/10 Excepcional

This is our 2nd stay. We love the place, close to shops and parks. It’s clean and staffs were friendly. They only need to improve wardrobe cabinet coz they’re no hangers and some kitchen utensils as they were old. All in all, were great. Thanks!

Dirty disgusting i struggled to find anything positive to say about this disgusting motel. I arrive no clear sign for reception the building is scruffy shabby paintjob cigarette buts on ground front lawn ovegrownwith a broken bike with no seat and grass growing up trough it I'm shown my room under the stairs. I open the door to be greated by dirty smell cheap nasty musk deseciseing smell of filth the pantwork looked like it had been done by a child. The kitchen was grubby i open the dirty cupboard find a dirty cup decide not use it there was 2 pots and a pan with all nonstick scrached away rusty there was cockroches climbing the walls i open the oven to find a tray with burnt remains off food. There was 2 flithy dish sponges no dishes cloth or tea towels. The bathroom was equally disgusting the toilet bowl was black with poo in bottom of the bowl. The hand basin was stained and dirty the towl rail and toilet roll holder both hanging loose the room was moore shabby paint over dirt mould. There was 1 wobbly chair for table for a room for 2 the bedspread sheets and mattress all very badly stained. The place was more scummy bedsit than a motel to welcome tourists I i hadnt mostly used my long saved Expedia $ i would of walked.

Talk about sub standard. Fortunately we had to basically check out before we stayed due to unforeseen events. However going through the place I would not recommend it. Dingy, very old and needs major revamp. Even checking in and out you had to ring people to come along to the hotel as there was no one on site.

Poorly maintained, staff unfriendly, room very dirty, with just the basics, windows do not have safety catches, room smelled , one window latch was broken easy for someone to climb through. I needed to take my bags out with me when going out.

Very poorly maintained, bathroom door didnt close, very bad smell which gave me a headache and made me feel nauseous. Very thin walls, could hear the TV in the next room, voices, laughing and coughing all night, and early in the morning. Got very little sleep due to the aforementioned noise, and the noise from the water pipes everytime another room used water. Would NOT recommend this place, and will NOT be using this motel when I return.

Good location. Reasonable price. TV didn't work at all, even after supposedly being fixed. Being renovated but pretty poor effort. Facilities well below standard, particularly the seating, entertainment and bathroom.

The couch. Um it had no padding and couldn't actually be called a couch - visual but not functional. But we were adaptable so overcame that issue. Full size fridge and an actual oven were much appreciated. Apart from the unusable couch it was an excellent stay. Value for money, convenient, spacious and more than suitable for a time out space. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again without hesitation
