Even with language differences, new to the area (tourists) and all they were highly professional and helpful. The location was excellent. The rooms were nice. I was hesitant due to never staying in this type of place. I must say it was amazing. We also got to meet a few other travelers which made the entire experience even better. We would stay here again.

O apartamento é muito bem localizado, mas tivemos alguns imprevistos. Ao chegar, nossa acomodação não era a mesma que reservamos! Nos falaram que foi feito um upgrade mas não nos informaram, e o apartamento era bem diferente do que havíamos alugado. O ar condicionado da sala nao funcionava, aparecia uma mensagem “FO”. Na internet diz que é falta de gás ou manutenção, mas estava bem quente e isso foi um ponto negativo. O apartamento tem apenas um ventilador, em um dos quartos, e o resto fica muito quente. As camas também são antigas, assim como o apartamento inteiro e o prédio. O que havíamos alugado parecia ser mais moderno, por isso a surpresa ao chegar em um outro apartamento. Tirando esses contratempos, a localização é realmente muito boa. O valor vale a pena pelo ponto, o prédio tem elevador e o check in é bem simplificado. Tudo com senhas de acesso.

They were incredibly kind and helpful. Our flight came in so early and we were able to check to our apartment earlier than expected. The apartment was spacious and charming. The location was ideal. We were close to shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend and would stay there again.

Apartment was spacious and had everything we need for a family of 5. I was very happy to see that there were 2 full bathrooms and an excellent washing machine. We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood after busy days of seeing the sites. Communication from the property was excellent and we they let us have an early check in too! Overall it was fantastic.

O apartamento estava limpo, as fotos correspondem bem. Camas, toalhas e chuveiros bem confortáveis. As instruções para abertura do apto estavam confusas e quando é preciso uma comunicação, a resposta demora muito. Porem o apartamento é bem localizado e confortável.

In der Dusche war Schimmel überstrichen. Der Duschvorhang hatte diverse komische Flecken. Auch der Küche mit Sofa sah so düster und runtergekommen aus. Man wollte nicht lange in der Wohnung bleiben. Jedoch waren die Betten bequem und sauber, deshalb drei Sterne.

This property is atrocious. Two bedroom windows don't have curtains. One window does not close. The fridge leaks fluid. There is mould everywhere. Avoid at all costs.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr gut – alles Wichtige war schnell erreichbar, und auch die Umgebung war angenehm ruhig. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das hilfsbereite Personal, das stets schnell auf Anfragen reagiert hat. Die Ausstattung war vollkommen ausreichend, alles Notwendige war vorhanden. Der Check-in verlief unkompliziert. Allerdings gab es auch einige Schwächen in der Sauberkeit: In Teilen des Zimmers war Staub zu finden, auf der Fernbedienung waren deutliche Verschmutzungen sichtbar, und die Bettwäsche wies leichte Flecken auf. Das Bett selbst war zwar in Ordnung, hat jedoch bei jeder Bewegung gequietscht. Die Aussicht war leider nicht gegeben – aus den Fenstern blickte man direkt auf eine Hauswand. Es gab zwar eine Dachterrasse, die war jedoch nicht zugänglich, da die Tür verschlossen war. Insgesamt war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in Ordnung. Mit etwas mehr Sorgfalt bei der Reinigung und der Zugänglichkeit der Terrasse wäre der Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer gewesen.

We stayed 4 nights for our family of 6. The apartment was spacious if not a bit oddly spaced out. There were 4 nicely decorated bedrooms in total and 2 bathrooms which was ample for our family, no balcony. A/C only really cooled the back area of the apartment- kitchen, living room and one bedroom because of the location of the unit but none of the front rooms which became really hot esp at night (they provided fans in each room which helped a teeny bit). For better guest experiences I would suggest an extra roll of paper towels, and to provide a kitchen towel. There should also be hooks for bath and hand towels in the bathrooms to make it more convenient. A broom with a dustpan would have been appreciated as well for cleaning up crumbs, etc. as well as provide a couple of laundry pods for the washing machine. There is no separate dining table but more bar stools around the kitchen counter, it was a bit tight but we managed. Location was good and though 10 mins walking to super busy Sagrada Familia area, the neighborhood itself was not in a touristy area. There was a park nearby which was appreciated by the kids and we loved the proximity of a couple of Mercadona grocery stores which was great for getting daily provisions as well as resorts and bakeries. It is not really near a metro but we took the bus which was 2 mins away from the apartment and took us to main areas. Felt relatively safe. Walls were thin and it was important to keep noise down after 10pm.

We thought our booking was located in Eixample area close to a wedding venue we intended to go to but not as per searched apartment so the travel was 30 mins. away by taxi. We were happy with having 7 twin beds suited for our big family but has only one air conditioning located in the living room only which made it so hard to sleep in the evening for it's been extremely hot everyday during our vacation in Barcelona. Had communicated with the property staff through WhatsApp regarding awful smell in one of the bathrooms where the cleaning mops, etc. were kept, tv not working for it wouldn't update as per instruction on the screen, actual hallway across elevator where our apartment door entrance area is inside the building needed fix for lights were out for it's so dark most specially in the evening whenever we wanted to go back to our rented space and we didn't get enough supply of toilet papers and garbage bags for our 7 nights and 8 days of stay as per request. With all those problems, nothing was completed. Had been so busy with the wedding happening that didn't get a chance to glance at the WhatsApp again to check for messages from the property staff not until our check-out day. It was pricey, place & furnitures (outdated) need to be upgraded & we expected more but was disappointed. We could have just stayed to a hotel where our other relatives stayed which charges lesser per night with a/c, cleaner and in downtown area closer to everything & cheaper than airbnb.

Communication with the company running the accommodation was slow as they took a while to reply to my messages/questions. My final message to them has not been acknowledged - very disappointing The flat was clean but decor was 'tired'. Kitchen equipment was disappointing as there were some basic requirements missing - ie no cork screw to open lovely bottles of Spanish wine !!! and only minimal number of cutlery for 3 people. The fridge & freezer were a good size. Bedding was minimal - only 1 thin pillow on each bed and when we asked the 'host' to supply 3 more - nothing was supplied. This was very disappointing especially when no explanation was given. Shower gel and soap are supplied as per the description but it was a mini little pot - only enough for 1 person not 3 - so take your own especially if you have long hair !! The toilet made a terrible noise when it was flushed due to a value that obviously needed to be replaced. Especially difficult late at night or early in the morning and we were expecting neighbours in the other flats would be annoyed and complain.
