Comfortable overnight stay. Plenty of parking, room was a good size & breakfast was delicious. Only minor issue was being on the side of the petrol station and the tankers & lorries driving in all through the night. However, was to be expected in a Service Station. Would stay again but would request a room at the front.

Our room itself was very nice, it looked much nicer than we expected, however the bathroom wasn’t spotlessly clean and there was a couple of maintenance jobs that needed doing, the tap was loose and the soap holder was damaged. Nothing that significantly affected our stay but simple jobs that could have been sorted and would have been noticed by housekeeping when cleaning. the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel as didn’t feel it was good value for money. We was unable to connect our phones to the tv to watch Netflix or Amazon. But was only there for 2 nights so not a big issue but maybe smart tvs that you can just login on would be easier. The location was ideal for what we needed and there was no road noise at all.

Perfect - friendly welcome, quick check in, and room ready for our arrival. Room was clean, and we had a very comfortable sleep. We grabbed breakfast to go, again lovely. Would recommend to others 🙂

Fabulous stay
What fantastic staff, nothing was too much trouble and they were so friendly. Room was clean and comfortable - we had the family room which was a main bed (huge!) and a separate room with 2 singles. Bathroom was a little tired but plenty of hot water and towels. Breakfast was continental style, plenty of it and for an extra £2 you can have a bacon or sausage bap. Easy to find - in the service area off the motorway. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if we're in the area.

Good price for a decent place not far from town
A short visit to stay and explore neighbouring Chester the next day, with a baby. Lovely snug place, only found little tidbits that could be massively improved, for instance shower pressure being low, distinct lack of a toulrt roll holder, nearly empty shower gel.... Breakfast wise fee options and freshly brewed teas and coffees which was most welcome, though obe notes plenty of food choices in neighbouribg services. Overall an ok stay but surely fibe for the price paid.
