Michael, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Located in the beautiful lakes region of NH with nice water views. Family run hotel at a great value . Stayed for a concert at the nearby BankNH Pavillion and it was very convenient.
Christiane, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

The room was ok. But the hotel needs alot of renovations. Very old and smelly
LINES, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

There late at night each night & view N/A Parking lot in back near woods & animal life was an adventure, yet not in their control.
Debra, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Worth the stay

Bed was incredibly comfortable. Water pressure and water temperature were less than desirable.
1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Don’t waste your time or money

Staff is horrible they gave my room away after confirming I was still coming. Left my dad & I who traveled over 2hrs away without a room. Would never recommend this dump to anyone
Monica, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Quaint and quiet.
Renee, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Couldn’t wait to leave

The motel was very dated and lobbies were dirty, (carpeting especially). There was also a stale and pungent smell in the lobby. The rooms were better. You get what you pay for. Would not recommend.
2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Never again!

I will never! Ive stayed in questionable places but this reminded me of a horror movie. Place is very run down. Over priced! Will not recommend! Surprised its on hotels.com!
George, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Place was disgusting
Josrph, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Worst place we've ever stayed

Facility smelled really bad. Shower smelled like sewer and no water pressure, Had to share microwave at end of hallway.
Brian, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

It was reasonable priced
Kenneth, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

This is an old facility that is past due for a renovation or demolition. The hallway to the room had a nasty odor, a garbage bag laid in the hall for two days, the tube faucet puked black debris when first turned on, the bed pillows were trash. The old design of the room is poor, especially the bathroom. The photos listed are from at least 30+ years ago. It doesn't look like this anymore!
Raymond, 3-night trip

The pictures on the
Erin, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Clean, A/C worked very well. Comfortable bed and pillows. Hallways and rooms very outdated. Going into the hotel from the back is reminiscent of the old horror shows, entrance light blinking …….. Expedia site failed to mention is was an Econolodge!
Roger, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Need to smell better need carpet on the floor
Kevan, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

Not worth the few $$ saved.

Room was in bad shape. No hairdryer. Part of the Econolodge group, but an old one and in bad shape.
Nancy L, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

The staff were nice but the place is very run down, felt and smelled dirty, and is just poorly maintained. We were just there because it’s somewhat near the concert venue and lodging is limited, but we contemplated driving home vs. staying.
Jessica, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

For an old hotel it was in decent shape, but we were missing a door bolt, heard the traffic all night and felt itchy in bed. Even for a basic overnight I would not book here again, especially for the price.
Sandra, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Needs some work

Pictures are deceiving - room smelled like a black ice car air freshener that was over bearing. Musty smell throughout - however for a cheap overnight for a concert perfect.
Martin, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

Ok but not worth the price

Was meh. Definitely not worth the 200$ charge for one night. Should have been half that price. Only chose it cuz it was the only dog friendly place around. Doesnt show online that the dog fee is 25$ extra too. There was sand on the floor and just basic cable only. Otherwise fine for just a one night sleep.
1-night trip

6/10 Good

Great price great location the disappointing part was when check-in time was happening. There was absolutely nobody at the front desk

The property is very tired! It needs a complete remodel. The photos online are not representative of the condition.
