I am extremely disappointed with the lack of flexibility and customer care at this hotel. Due to an unexpected family emergency, I had to check out just a few hours after checking in. Despite informing the hotel promptly and not utilizing the room for the night, they refused to offer even a partial refund, citing rigid policies without any consideration for the circumstances.
To make matters worse, they also charged me for breakfast, which I never had, as I checked out the same day. When I asked for an explanation, I was met with the same rigid response — no refund for unused services, no willingness to accommodate or show empathy.
I understand that policies are in place for a reason, but a bit of compassion and flexibility can go a long way in building goodwill with guests. Unfortunately, this hotel seems more focused on sticking to rules than providing genuine customer service. I certainly won’t be returning or recommending this place to anyone.
