The hotel is nice and the location is good, exactly as shown in the pictures.
Unfortunately, we experienced several issues that left us dissatisfied:
1. When we arrived, the bathroom was dirty. There was a used towel behind the door, and the ones hanging looked as if they had already been used.
2. The power kept going out in our room (not the whole hotel, just our room). The first time we reported it, the staff reset the breakers and explained it was due to overload. After that, we had to reset them ourselves every day.
3. Housekeeping never cleaned our room, even though we placed the “Make the room, please” sign. We had to go down ourselves to ask for clean towels.
4. On the last two days, there was no hot water—we had to shower with cold water.
